  • Great App but tends to crash

    I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now and I love the content, the meditations so far have been 5-9 minutes which is a good length for me to do in the morning. The only thing is that I have to make sure my phone stays awake the entire time or the App will crash and then I have to start the session over and find where it left off. Obviously I don’t want to have to interrupt my meditation several times to touch my phone’s screen, so this is a bit annoying but probably an easy fix on the back end. I hope they come out with an update to fix this soon. Also, the App does not keep track of my progress and what meditations have already been done. I wish it would so I wouldn’t have to remember or guess at this.

  • I love this app!! Please download

    This app has been amazing at calming and relaxing after a long workout and yoga! I absolutely love taking the 10-15 mins to breathe and relax my muscles that are overly tense and my mind that is absolutely racing with all of my daily plans! This app was recommended by one of my nurse friends, she absolutely loved it and said it relieved so much of her anxiety from her busy class schedules and workload! Absolutely amazing, and it’s FREE! totally worth the download hope to see an update with more meditations! I love it, definitely recommend!

  • Great App!!!!!

    This app has helped me so much to learn how to mediate. Overthinking and anxiety has been an issue for a while, but learning about meditation has really changed it. I now have my mom using the app as well! On the contrary, I have to change my settings of my phone to where it does not lock before I start a meditation. When my phone locks, the meditation will turn off in the middle and I would have to start over. I believe this is a small bug issue. Other than that, GREAT APP!

  • Great Meditation Tool for beginners

    This app is great specially for beginners. It made it easy for me to meditate on a daily basis. The voice is calming, the rhythm is soothing. The schedule like program feels rewarding as you go through the milestones. I wish sometimes that there would be more space in the recording without the voice so that I can meditate also to my paste, on the same soundtrack but with my own consciousness. Maybe making the sessions a bit longer would allow that. In any case I strongly recommend it. I wouldn’t go through a day without it now.

  • Enjoying it

    Adore the app! Especially since calm app took away majority of their free stuff. The only fault in this app is I wish there was a way to play the meditation music w/ out the words and that the sleepsounds didn’t seem so choppy, like we’re more cohesive/blended better bcuz I can hear the pause when the short sound clip starts over. It should be seamless. Also it would be dope if we could listen to the music for more than 40 mins. But it’s a free app so I’m not really complaining just thought it would be helpful info for the makers.

  • Thanks so much for a great genuinely free app

    Downloaded this app as it was free and was one of the only ones that didn’t have in app purchases. Expected the odd advert but it was so refreshing to see there is nothing. No adds, no prompts to buy this and add that. Adds so much to the purpose of the app to relieve stress and promote calm. Just hope it stays that way. Can’t recommend highly enough :-). Only addition I would suggest is “listened to” tick on the daily meditations so you can keep track of what day you are on.
