  • Amazing

    I love this app! It definitely helps every time I use it. My anxiety would be through the roof but this app helps me get it under control! I learn a lot about the mind and how powerful it can be if you know how to use it. I think everyone should meditate at least once a week to clear there minds and refocus. An advice: meditate 20 minutes a day but if you’re too busy meditate for 1 hour. 10/10 would recommend!

  • Good meditation sessions and it’s absolutely free

    Great meditation guidance. The only thing I would improve would be the ability to mark off sessions you have completed so you automatically know where you left off and where to begin in the next session.
  • Excellent introduction to meditation

    I’ve enjoyed the introduction greatly and have found it’s gentle progress very helpful. I’m learning more about myself and am hoping to continue to develop my skills over time. I strongly believe in the technique and manage my emotions better. I will recommend this app to friends and family.

  • I love this app!

    What a find! It may take a little while to get into but I would encourage anyone to give it a try. It’s a great way to start the day, fills you with positive vibes and leaves you feeling good. The meditations are short enough to fit in without taking up much time or becoming burdensome and I’m very pleased with this addition to my daily routine. The fact that it’s free makes it an even more generous gift. I felt compelled to write this review as a small way of saying thank you to the people that put this together. 5 Stars!

    I am very tense , very emotional, very Lonely , hips both painful with pinched nerve in both hips from after Effects from Covid-19 that I am now testing negative, but got a lot of side effects and stress ! Thank You Amen

    I just use the free intro to meditation sessions and the guided meditation is perfect. Guide has a great calming voice and ambient sound is very serene. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to start meditation.

    This is the best app I have found hands-down. It is completely free, and I love how peaceful the woman’s voice is. It sounds to me like she is a professional when it comes to teaching meditation and I look forward to doing more meditation lessons. I discovered the app yesterday as I was playing around on the App Store and when I listen to day one, I fell in love with it. Thank you for creating such a wonderful app, I am enjoying it greatly. This is definitely meditation at its best. Now that there is a subscription, I have gladly subscribed to it. I feel like it will be worth it, now that there is more than just meditation courses. There is also yoga, sleep stories, and even live sessions with some of the best instructors in my opinion. Thanks again for creating such a wonderful app, keep the app updated regularly so that it can be as clean as possible, because I truly love it. I am addicted now, and I don’t think I will go to any other meditation app.

  • Works great!

    I read the reviews before downloading and all the 1 star reviews were about the app crashing. Or turning off when their screen goes to sleep and they have to reopen the app and start over or try to find where they left off. Which led them to have negative experiences. I have my screen “auto off” setting on “never” to turn off, so by doing this it alleviated that problem for me. Just a heads up, so your meditation and calmness aren’t compromised while using the app. Very calming, and sets your day up for success before starting all the craziness the world throws at you. 5 stars, especially because this app doesn’t require a membership or payment plan to use. Payment is only for the live meditation with an annual payment.
