  • Great app and has helped a great deal

    This is a great app. I haven’t been using it long so am still working my way through everything.

    However, the one thing that I do find frustrating is that I am currently working my way through the meditation programmes that have numerous weeks to get through and each week has several days of meditations. When you have completed one of the days meditations there is nothing to say that you have completed it so I can’t always remember what week and what day I have got up to so I am now having to write it down. It would be helpful if the app ticked it off once you have finished it.

  • It really works!

    I use this app with headphones in to get the full experience. It’s amazing how great my body feels after meditating and my mind is much more at ease. This app has really helped with my panic disorder.
  • Awesome App

    I like that you can use it for free and not have to start a trial. I’m on disability and can’t afford these apps but need to find a way to relax.
  • Plenty of free samples

    I want to rate this app higher because it is generous with access so you can try before you subscribe. The selection of nature sound effects are well done. There is a timed meditation that is useful. There are lots of live daily sessions that probably are great but are not accessible without a subscription. The 7-day series of meditations are all available and sound like good subjects.

    However that voice(!!) is just terrible- sounds like Greta Thunberg and just not relaxing in the least, complete with spooky background sounds. The most accessible part of this app, the meditation series, all are useless because of the jarring voice with creepy Western Europe accent. Please re-record these.

    After only two days I feel so much better it’s hard to describe it’s like a new lease and positivity with life and bettering myself I just feel at peace and this app is amazing and free! There is the option to subscribe although if you decline the mindfulness course is free and already split into each daily section to listen over five weeks! Perfect!

  • Helps me sleep

    This is a really good meditation app I use it to help me sleep every night after I got it! I was having trouble sleeping so I looked up meditation in the App Store and this was the top one so I tried it. the meditation courses are the best! The instructor is really good at explaining what to do and how to do it. I really recommend this app if you want to learn how to meditate. It’s a free app and you can get the meditation pro but I don’t have it and it’s still a really good without it! I’m not very old but this app still helps me a lot!

  • Very good meditation app.

    My earlier review was four stars. At that time I expressed it would help if the app showed which meditation history to track progress. Also, I thought it would help if it were allowing to set up reminders. Now this app has all I need and even more. They added live sessions and paid content but they kept free features too, so it’s still very useful if you don’t feel like paying for subscription.

  • Extremely professional and relaxing

    This app helps me so much it really helps me practice on my breathing I also like the yoga 🧘‍♀️ this app has everything from sleep stories to mindfulness quotes, however there is premium which will let you discover more of the app (if you like sleep stories get premium) and I think it is quite cheap. Anyway over all this app is wonderful and worth paying for too it is so calm and easy.
