  • What’s not to like.

    I loved this as a simple and sincere introduction to meditation with a progressive programme of lessons. It allows an easy way to get into the habit in small bites. And it’s Free. I recently began suffering from anxiety the support from the local NHS mental health team has been wonderful. This app was recommended as an introduction to mindfulness as a self help option. So worthwhile. It’s a first step to understanding the mind processes.

  • Love it but needs small adjustments.

    I love the meditation in this app. The voice is soothing and the variety of meditation is exactly what one would need when trying to improve their mental health. It is frustrating that I have to set my phone to not auto lock because once the phone locks the meditation turns off. My other meditation apps stay on whether my screen turns off or not. I wish they could add that feature so that I don’t have to change my settings every time. Lastly, I’d love to track where I am in the weekly meditation guides. I track in manually, but would love if it kept track for me. I do love this app, but I hope updates will make it easier to use!

  • Awesome but has glitches!

    This app is awesome! The voice of the woman is super relaxing! You don’t have to pay for a subscription because it’s all free! When anxiety hits I just listen to one of the sessions and feel amazing after. But there is glitches. If your screen turns off so does the session. And that can be annoying because when your in a relaxed state of mind and it shuts off you snap out of that state. It also doesn’t save how far you got on the session so you to find exactly where you were. But other than that this app is amazing.

  • BEST visual guided meditation!!! AND FREE!?!

    I’ve been using this app for bit over a year, I even had the version before it was renamed. I’ve tried quite a few other apps, even ones you have to pay for, but this one is hands down my favorite. I haven’t been consistent so I’m only on week 2 in intro lessons but it’s already made a world of a difference! The focus on breath and visualization helps me a lot since I’m a very visual person, and the guide’s voice is very soft and soothing, and her accent is a pleasant one to listen to. The music is also just soft synth hums rather than actual music, which is awesome since I tend to find complicated music distracting. The meditations I’ve done so far are short and sweet, averaging about 10 mins each. My only tiny complaint is that the audio shuts off if your screen is locked, so I have to turn off battery saver mode to keep my screen on the entire lesson. A very minor inconvenience, but it was annoying at first. This is definitely the best free meditation app in the App Store!!! I cannot recommend it enough!!! Just 10 mins a day has changed my mental state for the better!!

    This is the best ever meditation app... I totally recommend it to people who are very stressed about their lives. This app helps you forget you stress and makes you more calm and the music is just outstanding 👌I am a real fan of this app. This app also helps you to sleep more peacefully and mindfully I will recommend this to anybody.

  • Great Content but Glitches!

    I’m on the second week of the intro to meditation and I absolutely love the content and the voice is amazingly calming. Who is that woman? I would like to find out if she’s done any other work outside of this app!
    I also really really appreciate that the app is free. All other meditation apps I’ve found keep bugging you about getting a subscription (not very calming).
    I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because while you play a meditation the app crashes after the screen turns off. When you restart the app, you have to go back and find where you left off in the meditation. My workaround is I tap on the screen once in a while during a meditation (not ideal, but hey, it’s a free app with great content). I still prefer this than paying a monthly subscription.

  • Quick results

    Very easy to use.
    The sessions in this app have the ability to have instant positive effects within minutes. The guides’ voices are soothing and calm. You feel like your mind has taken you to a different calm environment. I felt like I have an in person session.
    Remember to set your auto-lock to never, before mediating, so your session is not cut-off. Then reset the auto-lock once finished (if you need that level of privacy).
    Do not hesitate. Try it. I have a selection of relaxation apps and this is a great, full access to options, choice!

  • Great but a few things to make it better 👍🏻

    I tried this game out and it was amazing, but they are if you want things like you can choose to make it better. First, the meditations were really great but maybe you could do a different voice. Next, you can also have a lot more meditations you can choose from. Also, I had fun using this but the meditation should be a little tiny bit longer so you can relieve that stress. And, I know this is a meditation app, but maybe you could do some motivational music in it in case someone doesn’t need to meditate and they just want Some motivational music. Like I said earlier I love this app and it really helps me through the day it is actually one of the things in my morning routine! You should get it. Peace out!

  • Great meditation!

    EDIT x2: All of the meditations are back! They still cut out about 30 seconds in, but if you set your phone to automatically turn off to ”Never, ” you'll be able to play them to the finish. A bit of an inconvenience, so my review is still 4 stars, but at least they're back up.

    EDIT: Now NONE of the medications are working! A few other users described this same thing, and unless it's fixed soon I don't think I'll be keeping this app.

    This app is pretty great! A decent amount of stuff, all for free! One problem I have, though, is that the app exits out of itself about a minute into any meditation, which isn’t really ideal. If that were fixed, I’d consider adding a star to my review.

  • I feel so relieved!

    I recently wanted to try meditation to help control my anxiety and feel better. I heard many strong reviews about Calm, but all that they offer can only be accessed through a paid membership, which is not affordable at all. So, I found this app, which is free ;)... I think that it is really good and has helped me find ways to better myself. I would appreciate it if they added just a music option that way I can meditate by myself as well as with the guide. I don’t know if this happens to anyone else but the app closes out every time your phone locks. For iPhone users, you can fix it by changing your auto-lock to “Never” while you are meditating ( be sure to turn off low power mode). Other than that it is an amazing app, and I can’t wait to use it more often!
