Bad experience, no response

This app was recommended by a friend and I tried booking an appointment for my Airbnb. Maintenance on the app happened in the middle of the day so the person cleaning the space could not access the cleaning lists or start the job. They were also over and hour late. I reached out to the support team using the messaging feature to resolve all of these issues and did not get a response.

Great idea, poor central management

Booked a cleaning service through this app several days ago and was assigned a cleaner for my area. On cleaning day, the cleaner did not show up. There was zero communication with me from the cleaner—no call, no text, no messsges through the app! I contacted tidy but there is no number to call; only e-mail. Fully for decentralization, but there is a limit! Would give zero stars if this was an option! Try another service if you can!

Don’t use

Sent a cleaner that literally did nothing and I was unable to get a refund

Impressed

This was my first time using TIDY. We had a painting project and didn’t have a go to painter.

Do not use!

Please don’t use this app to schedule service. They were unable to schedule the job and now will not respond to emails or calls. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get a refund for a job that was never completed.

Gave the app a second chance...

Another no-show. Officially deleting this. Don’t waste your time with a download.

Terrible. Please refund me.

The cleaner said they were cleaning my apartment before they arrived despite me being able to see their location.

I selected the option for the cleaner to bring their own supplies, however they accepted despite not having supplies.

I asked for a refund and was told I would get $10 back for the cleaning supplies option, even though no one ever cleaned my apartment.

Any of that seem like a good experience?

not impressed.

had multiple cleaners cancel even though I booked 3 weeks in advance. They filled the role and someone came 3 hours after my request time. she preformed the very minimal at that. so many basic things missed even tho I left a very detailed list.ie, living room and stairs not vacuumed. Baseboards untouched, nothing windexed. Payed extra for oven and microwave, both not done. Cleaner also left 1.5 hours earlier. When I emailed to complain, they refunded me the extra charge for the oven and microwave but did not address other opportunity areas. Will NOT be using this service again.

Several cleaners cancelled, the one which was assigned did not show up. Contacted Tidy, no response.
