  • Does not pair with my fan either

    My fan is best Powerpack insert HBN1… so app useless…
  • This close to a five star

    I love this fan, light and speaker and would give it a 5, but it doesn’t stay connected to Bluetooth. I found that I have to got into settings to reconnect it to Bluetooth each time I want to use it. Once connected I love it. The speaker is amazing!

  • Will not pair via app

    Can no longer pair this unit with the app even when it states “connected” on my iPhones bluetooth. This is the problem with buying a product with an app… You spend a lot of money to have a crappy app or the app to just stop working and then a canned response from the developer saying the same thing and not fixing the issue.

  • Frustrated

    Initially I was able to pair the Bluetooth to my iPhone and enjoyed it several times. For no known reason it will no longer pair to my iPhone. Very frustrating to feel stuck with something that worked for a short time and then no longer work! 😡

  • Ridiculous

    Every time that I leave out of my bedroom with my IPhone/IPad, whichever one is connected to my bluetooth, the speaker automatically disconnects. I have to go to the breaker box to turn the switch off for twenty minutes then turn it back on for the bluetooth to connect. It’s ridiculous

  • Bluetooth control

    When you broadcast it has an app people think it means WiFi control. This is the absolute worst. In two years you will probably discontinue this app and then what will we use to control the “advanced” features

  • Bluetooth doesn’t stay connected

    I would love this fan but I have to flip the breaker off and on regularly to get it to pair with Bluetooth. It’ll work for a while, then the next time I go to use the app it says “We were not able to find your device”. I go to reconnect it to the Bluetooth and it tells me “Connection Unsuccessful”. …back to the breaker box I go to start all over again. Once I reset the breaker I can pair it again…until the next time.

  • Pairing very difficult

    I’ve tried pairing this system using my iPhone. Which should be easy, right? SO WRONG! Usually when pairing new devices, you simply go to Bluetooth and the BT locates the thing you're pairing. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING APPEARS! I downloaded the app and unsuccessfully tried pairing again using the app. However, even the pairing on the app was a dud! I don’t have Alexa, nevertheless every other system or device I’ve wanted to connect with 10 of 10 times appears and then boom, it’s all set! Due to this fact, I would not recommend this fan. I’m sure there are other user friendly fan vents on the market that are more simplified! Shop around, and READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING, is my suggestion. I let my husband take the reins on this purchase. That was my first mistake. Cheaper is NEVER necessarily better in my case! #buyersremorse

  • Light Color

    It is just a question: the light colors only changes when using app? If turn on the light using the remote control, the color is only white.

    Thank you for your question regarding the ChromaComfort models. The wall switch will control the light color. The top switch is your on/off white light. The small, thin switch below will increase or decrease the light intensity. The next switch is the switch to change the light color. Hold this switch to enter the Color Sweep mode.   • Garbage

    App constantly says Bluetooth on my phone is off, while I’m clearly connected to various Bluetooth items.
    Impossible to pair the fan
