Won’t connect with app
I am connected with Bluetooth listen to music which is good. But the app will NOT connect to turn fan/lights on or off. Keeps saying it is in offline mode.
Update.
I had contacted tech support and they were more than helpful. The light assembly was bad and they shipped a new one right away. Everything works awesome now!! Couldn’t be happier with the product and app.Show lessHdrck04

Garbage
Do not buy this fan! Bluetooth connected once and worked fine. After it disconnected phone will no longer find it. The app is useless if you can’t connect, very frustrating.Clocker187
App won’t connect
I’m fully connected to the vent via Bluetooth and playing music successfully. The app cannot connect and is unusable. When will this be fixed?BERTDOGG
Timers don’t save!
The light/fan for this app is a cool feature for our kids bathroom, but a big reason I got it was for the timers on the light and fan (show of hands for who’s kids NEVER shut off the bathroom lights!), but the timer only works for that one time use! I can’t set the timer to shut off after (enter your reasonable interval here) every time the light is used! Had I known this, I would have saved my money on the fun lighting setup and installed a motion sense light switch like I’ve done in all the other notorious kids-left-the-light-on rooms (hall closet, laundry room).Show lesstom-napolis

It would be nice to add some Siri-Shortcuts so we can switch colors by voice, fan on/off etc.Will 924
Works mostly.
I have no complaints about the app. It does what it says it supposed to. Thing is, I can’t imagine really ever using it. For me, if they could get this to integrate with Apple HomeKit, it would be golden. If there’s any single request I have, it’s that.
Please add HomeKit compatibility! You don’t have to make the best app ever! Just making the functions compatible with HomeKit and that would make it the best device on the market in my opinion.

Poor app
Most of the functions work on my app except trying to create a custom color. The only way to see it is to save the color and then turn it on. Preview button to actually see the color before you save it is not working. Playing music seems to work fine. Haven’t tried to use the fan timer yet but there seems to be a lot of problem reading the other reviews. Not impressed with this product but I don’t want to tear up my new plaster ceiling to remove it.Show lessHammyabeer
Terrible Is Being Nice
I love NuTone products, but wow this thing is just terrible. This app works when it wants to, does not change to the right colors, the “preview” button does absolutely nothing, you can’t fine turn colors, and if you want to use one of their default “themes” you can only do it from within the app.the1maximus
