    So the older version of the app worked better this keep a message loop “ reconnect “ even though it’s connected. It be nice if the app was working.
  • App issue

    I bought the fan back in Dec and had no real issues till just now. At some point yesterday the app updated and the ability to turn on the fan disappeared. I tried to call customer service from the contact number in the app and it’s a bad number. I just reached out on Bruan’s website. Please fix this

  • The app don't works at all.!!

    I bought the unit and I really liked, I have no issues with the product, but the app don't work at all, and for me, it doesn't even connect to the app. Just gave 3 stars out of 5 do to the product its good, but if it was only for the app, not even 1. Hopefully it can get fixed and make a major update an fix all the issues because that's what's keeping the product not stand out from the others.

  • Spotty capabilities

    I have no issue connecting to the Bluetooth speaker for music, but am unable to access device. It says “Not connected. You are in offline mode” and “no device connected, please enter the system settings to connect Bluetooth or turn system”. As I said I’m playing music on it with the fan running and lights on. What’s the deal?

  • Connection issues

    The idea of the unit is great. The light is bright enough for shower area. My husband wanted the music feature. The big disappointment is the unit will only sync with one phone. We go to work at different times in the morning, so only one person can use this app? Difficulty connecting the one phone. Have to disconnect power to reset phone. Cannot control from any distance, must be standing under it. Need to be able to recognize more than one phone so it’s useful to the entire household!

    Thank you for your review. With the speaker units, you can only connect one phone at a time to the speaker. However, any device can connect to it. The music portion is controlled off the Bluetooth from your device, so you would have to find the speaker on your device in the Bluetooth settings. You can then connect to the device.   • Timers in app do not work and I can’t get wireless remote to work

    I must echo all other reviews. This app is terrible and I have set a timer for 5min for the fan to turn off but it is still running after 20 min. I also can’t get the Speaker to work and the wall controls.
  • Contractor review

    As a contractor it was a really cool feature to add to a bathroom. Customer gets a pleasant surprise. But after installing about 45-50 of them over the last year and a half. I’ve gotten nothing but calls about the app. The fan and switch work great. But the app is crap and a disappointment and now a frustrating issue to deal with. Last thing a customer wants to hear is for the contractor to tell them to call someone else (ChromaComfort tech support)
    Which never gets the issue fixed.

    Great idea but poor execution on the app.

  • Offline.

    App is garbage. Worked great when I downloaded the first time. When I disconnected from the fan to connect my fiancés phone I haven’t been able to control the fan from the app again. Says offline. See system settings to turn on Bluetooth or connect to device. I am connected to the fan and the Bluetooth is playing. This app has no settings button. Just a junk app. I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star rating.

  • Only works for music

    Disappointment. Can’t work fan or lights off app. Play your music but other Bluetooth shower speaker work work best because you can have a water proof controller.

    Update: Called “Technical Support Team” went through the machines question, waited 20 min and got asked the same questions from tech. Ask for my model number, gave her one model number (there’s 2) got told that wasn’t the right one, started to give her the other model number just to lose the call. Why bother calling Technical Support Team, you get the same results as this app. NOT CONNECTED!

  • Wry disappointing

    Every time you want to use the fan you have to connect via Bluetooth. If you keep connected then all your calls will go to the speaker so you have to disconnect. Waste of time and money.
