I have to constantly delete the app then reinstall it. It only works one time for both the light and fan!McKiernans

I initially had several of the issues that other people are talking about. Wall remote wouldn’t work, app was glitchy, then wouldn’t work at all. Color changing wasn’t working.. etc. I called the service line and he walked me through the steps on how to get it all working again. The steps were nothing crazy and so far, everything works fine. The app is slow initiating commands sometimes but it works. I don’t feel like fixing these glitches will be anything crazy for the company as it seems to just be software issues. Be patient and things should be fine with your unit.Show lessBattle 1989

I can only connect speaker to app. Nothing else including fan or lighting. The app keeps saying no device detected… very frustratingJohn Burp

The light still works . This app has never worked as you can judge by the ratings. Cool idea and design the follow through and functionality for the money though , sadly I lost hereChristopher1111

ChromaConnect app is great it connects to my bathroom vent via bluetooth after it finds the device quickly and allows me to control the light colors! So fun!NFTStephy
