Improvement needed
The app forces you to update before being able to use, therefore causing me to miss scanning before payment cause I only saw the notice when I opened the app at the drive thru. Please allow a dismiss button to keep functions of app so the update can be done after the scan. Also the receipts from my usual location do not scan or work with manual input. Why aren’t all locations held to the same requirements? The receipt should reflect the correct way to get the points regardless. Or y’all could scrap the reward system and simply deduct the value from the regular price and not make your loyal consumers jump through hoops just to make more profit off those who don’t use the rewards. Seems petty. The plastic straw wrappers are hard to open. Use paper wrapper please, why extra plastic?? The clear straws were also better than the blue which are too narrow. Love the products!

Apple Pay Disappeared & Can’t Add Card
Up until a week ago I’d have rated this app highly but for some reason, the Apple Pay option on my account disappeared when I was finalizing an order.
My payment options on my profile show an expired card that it won’t let me delete (I go through the process of deleting it but it doesn’t actually delete) and it also has no option for me to add my new credit card. I use Apple Pay in the past because even before this snafu the app would constantly erase my saved CC information.
Best part is the App’s ‘Contact Us’ options are limited to specific options that you must select. The option ‘App and Online Orders’ doesn’t actually allow you to lodge a problem about the app. Its only about your specific order. So I went ahead and tried to give this feedback via this route and the next day my local store (who I had to “file an issue against” just to advance my issue in the app reporting system) called to tell me they couldn’t do any app support and to report it through the app. Not their fault at the store, actually good response time. App developers though? Haven’t seen a way to get a word to you so happy to adjust if anyone sees this.

Cannot Upload Gift Cards
My wife and I use this app a lot but one of the issues that we run into is, we can’t use a gift on the app. Whether using it to pay or adding funds to the account, nope it won’t let you. There are a lot of apps out there that allow you to upload the gift card or use it to pay, life Starbucks for example.
The convenience of the app is so you don’t have to wait in line, not when you have a gift card though. This would be a game changer and a most requested gift in our family if we had this option.
If this change ever happens, my rating will definitely change to 5 stars.
