Waste of money
The system isn't about finding you new customers or jods it's about getting you to pay for a the security check then getting notified you have a booking request from before you were allowed to be booked. The notification system doesn't work I've turned on all the options to yes and still I find requests the next day but have no notification sent to me. When I did catch a request 5 minutes after it was sent I couldn't open the info and by the time CS got back to me it was taken so it seems they want you to migrate your client over not help you get new ones

STOP THEY DON’T PAY
When you sign in, they send you jobs, they pay you, but then they stop paying you and sending you jobs. Since June, they haven't paid me and other cleaners I know haven't been paid either and they tell us all the same thing. To date, they say thank you for your patience, we will process your payment. It's a shame that they play and deceive many women who work honestly.

These people are liars. All they do is lie. I was on my way to a job and my Uber broke down and then the Uber driver didn’t speak English. Needless to say, I was late but ever since then, I have had jobs taken away . I will get notice after notice about how somebody has picked me and I will even claim a job and they take it away. When I ask about why I have not seen the job I got a notice for, I’m told that the job goes out to everybody and it’s whoever claims it first. That’s a flat out lie. I have been told the client cancelled it. That’s a lie because they give a notice for that. I had a person named Michelle text me at 1:45 IN THE MORNING!!! Then I went and made an account on their website and put the address of a house not even 2 blocks from me and my name never came up as an option for a cleaner. It didn’t matter what address I put , my name never came up. They tell you lie bc after lie after lie. They are TERRIBLE people and I fully plan on taking them to court and ask for payment for every job they have taken from me. I have proof of everything and they play with peoples livelihoods and it’s beyond wrong.

You people are robbing the cleaners of their money, I waited to get a job but didn’t get one, then suddenly I got a call from your customer care if I’m available for a shift, I accepted immediately, spend a fortune to go do the job, I did even though the pay was low, I waited for weeks for my payment, I called back the number that called me but yet they didn’t pick again, you people are owing me my money because I worked diligently for it, it’s a big scam to make a promise and not fulfil it. Kindly do the needful.

Terrible..
This such an awful app. I was really hopeful at the beginning but that changed quickly . As I was very disappointed with this app. Doesn’t work great at all . Better off to use Turno or Quest it .

Payments
I did a cleaning for this company July 1 st and it is now July 9th and I still have not received payment at all. The person who runs the support team part called and told me she’ll get back to me and I hung up due to be extremely frustrated with this situation as well with the app. The support number they have I have called and texted repeatedly no response I will be reporting them to the department of labor due to them not paying me. The whole cleaning my phone was getting blown up with phone calls and texts. They did not tell me how bad the house was before cleaning the house. That clean was easily a $250 cleaning but instead I’m suppose to receive $135 and still have not received it. I’m tired of repeating myself about not being paid this crazy if you are going to lowball someone at least have the common decency to pay the person. It is now September 5th and I still haven’t received payment instead of paying me I’m met with the same excuses repeatedly. I would never work with them again. Do not even waste your time.

This company is a non legitimate source , they pay you unfairly or for that matter THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU OUT. They claim for it to be a payout issue but clients continue to book bc desperate ppl continue to sign up for the Okie bc they are unaware, PLEASE be very mindful and stay away. They will use you and NOT PAY YOU. I am in contact with the Better Business Bureau waiting for a response. As I continue to go without pay for 30 days now.

I did a couple of cleanings, the client liked my cleaning and kept booking me, however cleanster platform takes a while sometimes 2 weeks to pay you and they still have payments pending since July 30, 2024 I texted them multiple times and they don’t answer calls or text messages anymore or messages on the app, be aware that you might go clean and you might not get paid.
I met other 2 persons working with same company/app and they also had payments pending for a long time and told me that there friend didn’t get paid.
They don’t pay.

THE MOST HORRIBLE CLEANING APP THERE IS
This app is horrible, customer service agents DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE EVER I’ve only been able to claim ONE job and I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID IVE BEEN WAITING OVER A MONTH FOR A $75 payment. They say they are getting a new provider to be able to pay but why not just send my check in the mail? I literally cleaned for free & it makes me very upset because the house I cleaned was horrible the lady said she asked for 2 workers the company sent me there on my own and I lost 30 minutes due to them giving me the wrong address. I do not recommend working for them.

I’m a cleaner or was a cleaner for this poor excuse of a platform. The support is terrible, they will only call you last minute asking you to accept jobs that are to be done right away and for ridiculous rates I wouldn’t even leave the house for. They have bare minimum job description so you never know what you are getting into. Every job I’ve done the customer has only had negative feedback about their thus far and claim to never use again.
Payment time they all vanish. Saying they are using a new payment processing company and I have to wait 3 weeks to get paid. Enough is enough pay your people already. Find a way. I know ima find a way to let everyone know how I feel, this was just my first review for them. I will never work with them again and if I’m not paid, I will not stop until I am paid in full!
