  • It seems to work well for me

    There are a couple Chinese food places that I like that both happen to use this app. One is near my house, one is near my office. Different owners, but I think it’s a nice coincidence they use the same app.
    I just now updated to the latest version and read some of the other reviews. I thought I should put my two cents in that I have had a really good experience with this app. It remembers my orders, it charges what it says it’s going to charge, it allows me to set my tip where I want… I really don’t have any complaints. Both the restaurants I use it for offer coupons through the app for free food if you reach a certain dollar amount - I don’t know if that is an app feature or just part of these two restaurants, but either way I like that and it is really easy to use.
    So overall, QMenu has been pretty consistently dependable and a good experience. Now it accepts Apple Pay too, which made me even happier with it.
    My food has always been confirmed by the restaurant promptly, and it always arrives when they say it will. QMenu is not a scam, and they have never caused any issues for me. Not sure what’s going on with some of these other reviews, but their claims just don’t match my experience.

    The app has alot to improve on, mostly a search system for menu items, but the places that use the app are delicious and friendly. I only wish the best for everyone involved.
  • App works great

    GREAT APP! Although requires grade 3 comprehension to navigate it so some might not find it easy. However it’s great works well with our local Chinese food restaurant. No complaints.
  • Inflexible - Must Delete Account to Change Phone #

    This is the required order app for my favorite local Asian restaurant. I’ve successfully used the app for 3 years, and since we tend to alternate between two or three ‘regular orders’ of our favorite things, the Order History has been helpful. I discovered today that the app won’t allow you to change your phone number once you’ve created your profile. I contacted QMenu support and they replied that for ‘security & privacy’ you must delete your profile (and order history) and create a new account to change your phone #. I’m glad that only 1 restaurant in my area uses this app. If I had saved orders for multiple restaurants and had to delete all of them to update my cell #, it would be very frustrating.

  • Tried to Force a 37% Tip

    This app only works for one restaurant in my area. I have used it dozens of times to order from that restaurant. Today I created my order and went to check out when I noticed they had added a 37% tip to my order. I was never asked to add a tip to this order where as in the past I was always given the option.

    I tried several times to edit the tip amount, but was unable. Either there is a bug in this app now or they are intentionally trying to catch people unaware in order to drive up ticket prices, thereby generating more revenue for themselves.

    In either case they need to fix it. I have deleted the app and have no plans to download again.

  • I hate when all fees aren’t disclosed.

    It is very slimey business practice to not disclose all of the fees until right at checkout. I didn’t notice that they added $.99 to the order until I double clicked to pay with Apple Pay. You’re better off calling the order into the restaurant yourself and skipping this app altogether. $1 isn’t much I know but it’s the fact that the charge didn’t show up until right at checkout.

  • No Phone Call??? Driver Cancelled?? Costumer Service Lying???

    Food was confirmed to be ready at a certain time. Driver cancelled order because he arrived 20 minutes early and the food wasn’t ready. No call from him. No call from the restaurant. Called Qmenu costumer service and they stated the restaurant was telling them the food was ready when the driver got there….which I knew was not true because I had to go to the restaurant myself and reorder my food and they told me the driver just left and decided not to wait for my food. Save your money. It was $20 cheaper to just pick up the food myself. I’ll stay far away from Qmenu moving forward.

  • What a terrible experience

    Placed order online order to restaurant. Was told 20 minute wait. Got a confirmation email. Got there 25 minutes later and either order was never received by restaurant or they don’t check. Had to place order again in person. Then waited another hour . Will uninstall and never use app or qmenu website again. Not sure why this restaurant uses this service. What a mess. Stick to more mainstream services.

  • Customer service??

    You have to use app to access coupons. Placed order, applied coupons, then when credit card went through: no coupons. The “contact us” button does not work on app.
    Bait and switch. No I have to monitor my c card.
  • SCAM! THEY WILL NEVER BRING THE FOOD.

    Ordered 50$ meal for my kids & I tonight. While staying in my mothers house that passed away.. we are trying already having a hard time & on top of it now we have no food now because the delivery driver lied and said he delivered the food. Yet we sat outside for the other restaurant my son in law ordered from to get to our home as well.
    That restaurant came & the other never did.

    The restaurant said they did their part “they made the food.” This app said they have to report it to Uber and then can try and refund
