Orders do not display correct
Every time we order the checkout appears wrong we have to call the restaurant and ask what was a actually charged. The delivery fee should be FREE as we are so close but the app charges $5 so why would anyone use it? There is no customer service to call so we will stop using it.Mars voltive
Horrible app! Badly outdated restaurant info
I placed an order and it said the eta of completion was 20 minutes. I chose to pick it up, only to discover that the restaurant had gone out of business! I’m glad I decided not to pay online. This restaurant is still on your app currently! Update your info!SnowLeoperd
Doesn’t update menus!!
I just made an order from this app which was confirmed. An hour later the restaurant canceled my order saying that the app never updates their menus and has all the wrong prices so they won’t make it and deliver. Don’t order through this app. It’s not reliable.MayaClone
So bad
Ordered from a restaurant that uses this delivery service twice. First time food was 45 minutes late because they couldn’t find a driver. Second time same thing happened but they couldn’t find a driver at all and asked me to go pick up the food. WORST. SERVICE. EVER. I would like to be able to open a QMenu link without being forced to download an app. Unfortunately, it’s a horrible interface all along.Thourdin
Stole my money. Terrible customer service.
Placed an order on the site. Paid their ridiculous $12 service fee, tipped another $12. Ended up spending $83 on Chinese food for my family to not have to go get it. It declined my card, but still charged me. I called their customer service, and their rude employee told me to “wait a few days for a refund”. I told him I couldn’t wait, that’s my family’s food money. He again rudely told me to wait a few days. I told him I needed my money back now. He said a manager would contact me, and hung up. I never heard from anyone. Doubt I’ll ever see my money back. Total scam.Show lessChrisMx92

Loses all data when you go to another app!
I’m trying to place an order but when I switch to my iMessage app to check what people want, everything on qMenu disappears.
I have to type in the name of city (not the restaurant’s name), select the restaurant from a list, and scroll through the menu again.

I originally rated this app one star and left a negative review about an issue I had. The support team reached out immediately and offered assistance. I changed my rating to 4 stars because the issue was with the restaurant and not this app. They were really helpful.
