Doesn’t scroll and can’t add restaurant by name
Tried using this app and would only let me search by using my location or entering an address. Wouldn’t let me search by the name of the restaurant. Once the places near me were populated, I couldn’t scroll. It would only let me see the first five or so.Ry4417
A scam!!
QMenu is a scam. They steal Google listings from actual websites for restaurants and have fake websites through which you can order and download their app. Only problem is the restaurant never gets your order and your credit card still gets charged... if you used their website or app I would think about getting a new card!Show lessJessikatsuki
Worst app by far
This was the worst app ever. Didn’t even send to place my order. Had to pay and go through the whole hassle of that again. It was terrible. Had to call four times. Couldn’t even figure out what my order number was. Couldn’t figure out how my order was ordered. Couldn’t even figure out how to find my order. Received my order two hours late. Terrible app and it was not the restaurants fault at all it was definitely the apps.Show lessbrooklyn-kf

Billing address doesn’t allow PO Box
I placed an order and put in my street address. It asked for my billing address and would not accept a Post Office box. I kept getting an error message that I needed to pick from the drop down box. The only address in the drop down box was in Thailand. I live in the US. I had to cancel
My order since I couldn’t pay for it. Until this is fixed the app is useless to me and many others.Show lesssoinfool62
Mistake with order time
I’ve used this app once. It was easy to use and to prepay. However, I preordered for a particular time, and the restaurant called me over an hour ahead to tell me my order was ready. I told them I had ordered to pick up at a particular time, and they seemed surprised. I’m not sure if it’s a glitch with the app or the restaurant just missed the pickup time.Show lessNimby58
Love it best Chinese takeout app there is .
IT can sometimes be hard to hear on the phone when placing an order for takeout so being able to use and app and have your order just how u like it is perfect . It doesn’t charge u insane fees and delivery fees like uber eats or Grubhub!! Love qMenu menuDalaney Avrahm
Easy to use
Was a little confused at first after ordering due to the fact my order was no immediately pulled up after clinking the link in the text that was sent to me. But after investigating I just logged in and it showed me my order after a short verification. Quick and easy!Redradish410
Location issues
Whenever I try to order from a nearby restaurant when it uses my location it shows as nearby however at the checkout it says the it’s outside of delivery range. The restaurant is .4 miles from my apartment but I don’t have a car and the weather isn’t all that great for walking along a highway.nani?!!!!!
My New Fave App
Really like being able to support my local business with this easy to use app. Gonna be using this a lot!! Hopefully more will use the service.Rais Wonham
