Do not use for delivery
Qmenu does not provide robust delivery services and gives bogus information about the delivery. I eventually had my food 2.5 hours later and had to pick it up myself.

According to the app, order was confirmed at 5. Delivery person arrived at 5:30 to get the order. Order status changes to “delivering” at 6. Tracking link is broken. Still no delivery at 6:40 so I called the drivers number, which was disconnected.
Called qmenu support and they claimed they had no way to contact the driver, and needed me to lookup the restaurant phone number for them. They offered to either refund my order or have them remake it and I would have to pickup the food. I was able to drive and the restaurant graciously remade the order. Support said they would take off the driver tip and delivery fee, however they did not. So, 2.5 hours later I delivered my own food, some unknown delivery person got my original order of food and a tip, and qmenu gets an extra 10 of mine for being so horribleShow lessLevis501z
Scam
The last 2x we’ve ordered through the app it tells us our CC was declined, yet they take the money from our account. On top of that you never get your food because the restaurant says they never received it. This is the definition of a scam. Can’t believe that Apple still allows them to operate because there are numerous reviews stating the same thing. Apple do the right thing.Show lessTxKid11
Terrible
Ordered from a restaurant on this app. After waiting an hour I called the restaurant to check on the order. They claimed to not have it and asked what app I ordered from. Then informed me that they stopped using the app months ago and have tried to be taken off multiple times but still get calls about the issue. I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered delivery. 1 hour later and the food was not delivered so I called the restaurant 1 and they said it came through on their end as a pickup, even though I paid $7 for delivery and tipped the driver through the app. Ended up with cold food that has sat for an hour and a half since I ordered. Too Mant Emails & Texts Per Order
qMenu gets the basic job done for ordering. However, we are inundated with emails end text messages — three emails and two texts for each order.
Please develop a setting for us to tell you whether we want to receive text messages or email and for which steps in the order process — acknowledgement, confirmed, completed.
Most of us just wanna confirmation that our order has been placed with the restaurant. A single text message would be adequate.Show lesscyberbiker
Terrible App.
After looking for the food I wanted to order I proceeded to check out. After checking out the app sent me a message saying my card was declined, and that I had the wrong billing address. I know my address. On top of this, I was charged anyway despite my card being “Declined” I tried to call so that they could fix their mistake, but no one answered.Show lessTaj Amir
Awful
Downloaded because it’s the only way to view the menu or place a to go order for a nearby restaurant. Now, the restaurant won’t even show up in app. I can’t search by name, I can only enter location. I typed in the city and later typed in the exact address but both times the restaurant didn’t show up. I can’t even scroll through the search results. I can see there are results but the app won’t let me, it just keeps snapping back to the top of the list. Also if I leave the app, not even close it but just leave, it reverts back to the home page and I have to enter everything all over agin. Scam
Don’t download this app. Placed an order from it at a local restaurant, waited over an hour for my food. Couldn’t find any help in the app(also if you click support it literally goes to the website for purchasing the app for your business) so I called the restaurant directly. After an hour and 45 minutes the restaurant said they forgot to make the order and would make it right away.
Don’t use this app, get Uber eats. If you have an issue there is zero recourse and zero customer service.Show lessRynsxmnky007

All users should delete this app today. This Q menu company is a racist criminal fraud that destroys small family businesses by stealing orders then holding them hostage for commission without providing the delivery or gaining permission from the owners.
