Double Audio
Enjoy it when we can actually watch and listen to movies and shows. So many times, when we open the app, it begins with the channel it is on. No problem, except when we change channels, go to 'My Recordings,' or anything else, the first audio stays and the next channel/show's also runs, so it's like double exposure but with audio. You can completely close the app and come back in and you may have triple audio. Happens way too much for paid app that charges monthly!Show lessKoboReading
Love the Streaming Service, HATE the Search Function
Let me open by saying I LOVE this streaming service, and I loved the app up until recently when Hallmark Movies Now and Dove Channel were made available. I used to be able to search for a movie I recorded, and it would show up in the search results, almost always as the first option. Now, I search for a movie, and the majority (if not all) the hits are from Hallmark Movies Now and Dove, even though I may have recorded the movie as recently as a few hours earlier. It is so frustrating (and I have to PAY for Hallmark Movies Now, which I do not want to do, since I have the movies recorded that I want to watch 🙄). The other option is to scroll through all the movies in My Recordings which I’ve recorded in the past 9 months to find the one I want. Very time consuming when I can just search for it...or USED to be able to search for. Please bring the ability to search recordings back...and drop the Hallmark Movies Now from the search...or give it its own tab at the bottom...especially if you are requiring subscribers to pay extra for it.Show lessbeachmom6

LOVE all the channel options (Hallmark, UpTV, GAC, Lifetime), but the app needs some major improvements. My recorded movies and shows always restarts while I’m in the middle of watching and decide to open up the app to either pause, rewind or fast forward. The app also doesn’t save our watch progress so if you want to continue watching something later, you’ll have to search for the show again and find where you left off. Very rarely does it actually save our progress. It would be great to have a “watched” check mark or some way to organize content we’ve recorded so we know what we’ve seen already and what we haven’t.
The closed captioning also doesn’t work if we use Chromecast to stream to our TV. It would be great to have an option to access Frndly through our xBox or Playstation like other streaming channels.Show lessunicornland2019
Good content terrible app
This app has basic functionality. I like the content but it’s no good if you can hardly ever finish a movie! If you get interrupted, it might let you resume once. Otherwise the whole movie starts over and there’s no way to skip ahead. Also if you start a movie over while it’s playing live, the app kicks you out when it ends even if you’re still watching the middle of it! This is so frustrating when I don’t have much time to watch as it is. For a subscription service, it should have more options than this. I’m so disappointed.Show lessBluJ17
Best app for Hallmark fans.
Best part of app is you can go back days on the schedule and record a show. So much easier than on demand options of other apps and streaming. Also if you watch a series it will have all of the episodes so you can easily find what you missed or are looking for. I have the upgrade so my family can watch on our different TVs and devices.Show lessgreat hall fan
Amazing Programming
If nostaglia means anything, this app gives me plenty. The programming and channels are family friendly. Hallmark has always been my favorite everything. Now I can watch it nonstop if I want.
The Inspiration channel gives me a look back to the days of Westerns where my daddy and I watched those and the wonderful Days of May where John Wayne movies are broadcast is one of my favorites too. I still love Bonabza, Gunsmoke, The Virginian, Big Valley etc.
My grandchildren can watch without monitiring. It is worth its value ror what is charged.
One problem is the error messagecI receive that stops my program to tell me the video failed to load. If that was the cas, I woukd not be watching the movie at all. It is annoying tonsay thevleast and the app needs to be fixed since it hapoens on my iPad, my iPhone, my PC. I do not like having to rewatch all I just watched.Show lessDesireeishope
Good place to watch Hallmark channels
I love the content but the interface is lacking. It could be so much better with some small changes. One, when you open app please take me to the guide or home landing page with my favorite channels and last show watched. What happens now is you are dumped into the weather channel for some reason. Secondly, let us record only new episodes. Currently you can only pick record new and repeat episodes. Fix those two things and watch the ratings soar!! Live tv streaming
Family friendly shows on live tv, ability to choose between several payment plans. Also can record shows so you don’t miss, it also has hallmark channels, old classic shows. There is also an on demand section for watching. Other channels include weather, hunting, fishing, baby first, game shows, old westerns. Great idea but.....
This app was just what I was looking for but I have a few issues with it. Love that it has Hallmark live streaming, and all the other programs are a true bonus. Having said that I have a smart TV and would have liked to have it on that (instead of my iPad) without paying more fees for a platform I would not use for anything else. I also am not fond of all the “buffering “ that is constantly happening while trying to watch a show! So until those things are fixed I will not be using your subscription service.Show lessahh🥴
Some bugs to work out
Love all the shows I can watch live or record. The app continually crashes if I am streaming on it and go to other apps on my phone. When I go back into the app it will either stop casting where I am at and starts the movie from the beginning or it will jump to a different show. None of my other streaming apps have this issue. This app also doesn’t consistently save where I was at in a movie so I can resume when I return. Please fix these bugs and the app will be much more user friendly.Show lessKJ 💗
