  • Absolutely Amazing!!

    I have had this app for five days and i am already closer to doing the splits!! The exercises are easy and if you are intermediate or advanced you have to pay extra for the exercises, but if you are just a beginner like me then it is free!!! While you are doing the exercises it has music that is just beats and it tells you what to do and shows you a picture of what it should look like. The last thing is that it counts in seconds for the workouts and it counts down for you and when it gets to 3 seconds it counts down, and you can pause it, and some days it gives you a resting day and it gives you breaks in between each workout for 20 seconds!!

    It’s amazing I’m on my 4 th and I just finished my 3 rd and I already have like a metere to go well it’s probs cause I’m a dancer I used to do all of the splits till I quit one year then reastarted then I didn’t know how to do the splits
  • Needs back flexibility exercises

    I like to do this app with my little ones because it’s the only way they’ll let me stretch without jumping on me. They like copying the little animated people and counting down. And I like that I can create custom sessions from the exercises available. But there is no back or shoulder flexibility. In addition to some basic shoulder stretches, cat/cow, cobra etc I would like to see them include proper gymnastics style back bridges and scorpions for more advanced users. I have tried the creators other flexibility apps and they are all lacking these important exercises. Please include these. 🙏🏻

    My main goal for using this app was to loosen up my hamstring. It was hampering me from running faster. When I ran, I could do about a 7-min mile before my hamstring told her it was too tight to run any faster. After 3-weeks of the app, I could run at a sub 6-min mile pace.

    My splits with both legs out to the sides has improved too. I think at the start of it, I was about 3ft away from the floor, now I’m about 2ft away from the floor. I am 3-days away from completing the 30-days. I’m thinking about doing it another 30-days to reap twice the benefits.

  • AMAZING!!

    Me and my sister love doing stretching together but we can never find the perfect app or videos and her friend found this app and omg its literally amazing. I have only had it for one day and im already in love! You can set a goal for how much water you drink and every time you drink you just click drink. This app is also amazing because it has a workout for everyday but I would ache so much if i had to do this EVERY day, BUT every 5 days it is a rest day with no stretching. what u can also do is you can set your level to beginner, intermediate or advanced im an intermediate but my sister is on advanced so hers takes longer we found out, but we didnt really care. You can set reminders for doing the workout (we do ours at 8pm) and for drinking (you can set a time for it ti start telling you and you can set it to go of every hours or if you want it either a longer gap or a shorter gap you can change that, i have mine starting at seven am telling me every hour and ending at eight thirty pm.

    But overall it is just a brilliant app and i really recommend getting it!

    Used to be free but not you have to get premium for intermediate and advanced, what a cheap trick to get all good reviews and then switch, awful.

    I'm almost Friends with this app. It feels so professional and has got in motivated and excited for not only stretch it out for also things I never thought about beforeand much less thought about it being in a stretching app and I am very please about app

    It has really helped me with my flexibility and my bestie to you should download it if you want to get flexible it has multiple setups that you can use like the water tracker and you can add it to your health app to and it keeps track
