Why isn’t the late fee include in the big number
If you have a late fee it will not be included in that big number in your face. If you have a late fee you will need to do additional steps to include it in the payment. So if you don’t scroll down or look to the right you may miss that you owe additional money. Please fix it!Kandi_RN

I had a small misunderstanding of the process in the beginning because it was my first time paying electric. I’m new to my apartment, and these things.
I made a call to the customer service and their rep was extremely helpful. The app is extremely easy to use and simple, and the customer service is accessible. As far as efficiency goes, WE energies has their service together.
The bills are cheap and reasonable for what you use. I typically leave things on in my apartment and usually come home to a bill around $30. Good stuff.Show lessbonqueetea

Multiple account set up
Called the 800# after I could not figure out the app. The operator (Dawn) was unbelievably helpful and even offered suggestions to make managing my accounts secure and easy. I haven’t had a WE account in several years and the improvements they’ve made since I left WI are incredible! Hopefully I’ll be this happy when the first bill arrives 😁Show lessz1m0g

Awesome app
I like being able to just log in and be able to glance at my amount due. It helps me keep track. The only thing that stinks is that my Chime Banking card is not allowed on the app, but it’s ok because online it let’s me use it, so oh well. The fact I can see my old bills laid out together is a plus as well.Show lesseleyaaaa P
