  • App needs more tools

    I’m comparing the WEenergies app to the FPL app. When doing so I really came to appreciate the daily energy breakdown since I was able to understand what was the main drain in power. The WE app should take note and do the same. Everything else runs fine.

    I use the app to pay my bill and it’s incredibly easy.
  • Notifications

    Trying to turn on bill notifications and it just keeps spinning. Never turns on. Fix it!!!

  • Works well except for…

    I like having all the info in one place, but I’ve repeatedly turned on the face identification button and it turns off immediately after I log off the app. Please advise.
  • Can’t log in on the app!!

    Something is wrong with the app! It was working fine for awhile but I’m no longer able to log in on my phone. I keep getting an error message saying my email address or password is not correct. I’ve had to go on my laptop instead… where the exact same email address and password is used to successfully log in with. If the email and password work to log me in on my laptop, then I shouldn’t be getting the error message from my phone app that they’re not correct! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that hasn’t helped either. I’ve carefully retyped the info multiple times, even though it is in my stored passwords that used to log me in with no problem. :(

  • Village Meadows subdivision.

    The app is great. But I sure would like to know when there is an outage, what caused it. My power has been out on and off the last 2 days. I hope someone finds the problem so it doesn’t keep happening. The map of the outages is very informative.
  • Forces paper-free billing as part of notifications setup...sneaky and dishonest

    Quit forcing paper-free billing on me in sneaky ways. Forcing it on me through using your new app and notification set up is shady and in poor taste. Then, requiring me to go cancel the "feature" I did not want through the website is ridiculous!

    YES, some of your customers want a piece of paper each month!

  • Doesn’t work anymore

    The app used to work great. I always wanted a we energies app because the website update is clunky. Then all of a sudden the app would crash all the time. But now the app doesn’t even load, it’s just a blank white screen. Even after deleting it and redownloading. If the app doesn’t work can you guys at least bring back the old website?

  • Easy and convenient

    App is very easy to use and contains all the info I need to monitor usage, pay my bill, and also opt in to notification reminders. Thanks!
