  • Poor Tech

Very disappointed. I, like many other reviewers, could not log in. First, it couldn’t find my account (depending on the method used to access their website). Then my password with letters couldn’t be used to log into the app (there’s only a numbers pad in app). After resetting the password to all numbers, it was back into the loop of not having a valid account...

I made several attempts to get support from Tiimo but they were not helpful and didn’t seem to understand/have a method for looking directly into my account or fees charged. Instead they gave vague general troubleshooting instructions and never resolved the issue.

I’m a therapist who was excited to try this out before recommending it to clients. I will not be doing so. I’m fairly patient and tech savvy but I understand some of my clients would be frustrated beyond measure with this app & the support team. Thankfully other options are readily available...

  • Great idea, could benefit from more flexibility

This tool has a lot of great features. I just started using and am just learning my way around. However, I would appreciate if we could put time parameters around things within a certain category, rather than creating multiple entries. For example, I would prefer to have an entry that says “workout (6a-7a)” that within you could establish “stretch 6-6:10, cardio 6:10-6:40, cool down 6:40-7.” The only options I see are to either create new entries for each, or do one entry and use the checklist. However, you lose the time management piece with the checklist. For me, since I categorize these 3 actions as part of a workout, I’d rather not break them into different entries because it becomes too cluttered for my preference.

  • Great apple & hope to see more Apple Watch improvements

I am not neurodivergent and I absolutely love this app and consider it an essential daily productivity tool. I have tried many time scheduling, daily routine and habit building apps and this by far is the best! It is the missing complement to my productivity workflow that I’ve searched a long time to find. As a creative professional who juggles many things in work and personal life, I find the user customization Tiimo offers essential to its success. In the future, it would be useful to have options to view schedule info in Apple Watch complications beyond tapping the icon to open the app to view that info. That is the only suggestion I have to elevate this tool even further. I see myself as a long-term user and would highly recommend this app to others!

  • Mixed bag

There are a lot of things I love about this app. The graphics the visual design the use of checklists to make sure I don't forget things. I love the reminders.

Two things in particular really bother me though. The limited smart watch compatibility which means I'm being forced to choose between app compatibility and other key functions I want like stress monitoring which I could have with a fitbit. I don't like the notifications directly on my phone because it forces a distraction I don't need. Also I might leave my phone beside my bed to go brush my teeth and wash my face so the app doesn't work as well without a watch.

I'm also struggling to connect to the web calender. I work nights and can't get any customer service and the faq/help sections are a joke tbh. I'm super stressed trying to deal with it which is kind of counter productive. It also won't accept my password which I had saved and apparently fixing this issue isn't as easy as submitting a request either. I can't view any account information on the app either including what email I might have signed up with.

Overall I'm only giving it 3 because I really like the functionality of the app but the other issues have me reaching for my anxiety meds because I'm 90 minutes in and I've made 0 progress with little hope of help in the foreseeable future.

  • Love it!

I love this app! The days I use Tiimo see a lot more productivity/better function throughout the day. It’s VERY helpful to have the tasks you need to complete during a certain block of time visible.

Having notifications on my Apple Watch is also incredibly helpful. Truly an amazing app & I’m excited to see where development goes since it’s already this great!

A couple areas I hope to see improve in the future:

    - the little vibration thing the app does when using it. It seems like when you complete all the tasks in a time block, that’s when the repeated vibrations start happening.

    - I hope there are resources in the future to update the desktop version. I try to avoid my phone during work and study so I don’t get distracted, so I prefer to keep a tab open to click my tasks. Most important for a desktop update would be a search emoji function & night mode. Also, there are a lot of redirects when accessing via your browser.

    - a search emoji function on mobile would be nice as well!

    - being able to start a routine from scratch would be convenient!

  • Kinda glitchy. Wish there were more options.

So I think this is probably the most user friendly app for my personal preference. I’ve tried lots of different calendars and apps and I do think this one is my fav. I just wish there were a couple things different with it.

It’s a little glitchy. I went to put a routine on a day and it changed the time, duplicated certain tasks in the routine and I had to constantly check every time I added a routine. It shouldnt be this difficult. Also the app was making my phone make a weird quick vibration every second for a few minutes while I was using it. I’m not sure why it stopped after a couple minutes but it almost made me throw my phone across the room. Also I wish the emojis had the option to change the color of the hair and skin of the people like on iPhone. But otherwise I think the emojis are really cute. Oh! Also. There needs to be more options with notifications especially the sounds. So far so good just these couple things. Please fix and I may just subscribe!

Dear Samika~San, Thank you so much for your feedback! We appreciate you taking the time to write us a review. - Regarding routines: yes, we recognise this could be better! We're working on improving the experience using the routine-feature. - Weird with the vibration you experienced, this definitely sounds like a bug. I'll follow up on this. - When you pick icons, there is an option in the lower right corner to change between skin-tones similarly as on the iPhone. - We are looking into sound options for notifications as well. That would be really awesome! 😍 Thanks again for the feedback, All the best Signe from Tiimo
  • I LOVE this app, but there are a couple kinks

As someone who is neurodivergent, this app has helped me bring order and structure to what was an overwhelming amount of unstructured time. I highly recommend trying it for a couple weeks if you think you’ll benefit, because you’ll probably find it as helpful as I did.

Now for why I docked a star: there are a couple of things that could really improve the app. A search feature for the icons would streamline use. More background colors as well (especially a white background option) would be nice, as I’ve found I run out of color coding colors quickly. Also, being able to schedule multiple things at one time (such as eating lunch while at work) and being able to more easily repeat activities on the same day (rather than just the next day/ week at the same time) would be great for those of us who take meds more than once daily and while doing other things. Finally, adapting the app to be available to sync on the smarter FitBit devices would be VERY helpful (I’d gladly pay a fee to download it onto my device if that’s what it takes). Though these would make the app better and more useful, it’s already pretty great, so if I had the option to give it 4.5 instead of 4, I would have.

Dear katswimmer, First of all thank you so much for giving us this lovely review ✨ I am happy to let you know that very soon you can search in icons. We just need to test it properly before sending it out there! I've noted down you wish for more colors. Did you know you can also create your own colors by clicking the + button when you select icon color? We are right now working on activities that have a duration only so that you can start them when it fits you. That will allow you to have multiple things going on, as you can start activities while still having some scheduled. Officially we don't support FitBit. However if the watch mirrors your phone notifications, you would get your notifications from Tiimo as well as other apps on your phone. Some users have gotten back to us saying they do this, however we didn't test this ourselves so no guarantees 🙏 Thank you for the review, and for the feedback! 💚 Kind regards, Signe from Tiimo
  • No Other App Compares

I’ve used almost every single planner app that’s free on the appstore or has a free trial and if you have Autism or ADHD/ADD - this planner is for you. As much as I live the idea of using paper planners, my brain physically can’t handle it. This is the only planner in existence that has ever successfully helped me be the most productive person I’ve bet been in my life. I wish it was 100% free, BUT they are working on three different ways to make it so, one being possibly partnering with a research institution (vetted for ethics) for those 18+ to submit a small survey to unlock months of free Tiimo! They’re also very cheap with their prices; the lowest is around 4/5$ a month. :) please, PLEASE try the free trial, you won’t regret it.
