Don’t try this for a time based schedule
This has to be the only app I’ve ever used (and I’ve used many) that only allows for triggering when the temp goes one way. I have the quietcool fan to COOL my garage…bringing in cool air in the early morning hours before the heat of the summer days. This app is so narrowly focused, not only is that not possible but you can’t even schedule to turn on at a specific time! Just a timer like I already had with the switch. If only they thought big enough to consider more than a very very narrow set of use cases. Totally worthless for meShow lessBnieco
I’m a huge fan
This QuietCool smart attic fan is amazing. I can literally see my temperature dropping down control my humidity. I never need to get into the attic ever again. I love that the fan changes speeds and the app works seamlessly.BigD 88$

Yes, it’s convenient with the app however, when I’m out of range I can’t access the fan controls and there’s no manual over-ride feature to force the fan on or off.SRK_NJ

Great product. Easy to use and program. Better than older style gable fan. So far so good.Rngrmedic
Control settings
Hot and cold settings are backwards tried it set it to come on in the summertime in the attic when it reaches 100° and shut off at 80° will not set to that reverses itselffred riding fred
Not sure what occurred with the last update
But ever since, I have to force close the app to get it to work again, the moment I leave the app and try to go back, no commands work until I force the app closed and restart it. Never had an issue until the most recent update.Chris—-1
New install
I think it will be a great help in keeping the attic temp down so that the SpacePak is more effective in cooling our old home. I just wish the app was WiFi friendly - Bluetooth range is very limited.1898er
