A long, somewhat tortured relationship
I’ve been a fan, customer & advocate for E.L.F. for years. Back when there wasn’t a skin care line & pretty much all of their products were under $3. Ok, this may be a wee bit of a stretch, but one could spend $15 on elf products & have a rather impressive haul for less than a $20. Then something changed. There are products I still love, but these smaller container/higher price shenanigans are not flying any longer. I miss the old days when e.l.f. made good, affordable cosmetics that everyone could afford & still look amazing. Now? The quality has diminished over the years & prices have risen. E.L.F. Is no longer that great brand that performed as well as the higher-end cosmetics. Now it is more like: well. E.L.F. has this (insert random product here) which I love, which used to be $2 and is now $15. Such a disappointment. I know you guys have to crank out a profit, but you were cranking out profits when a small square of eyeshadow was $1. I understand inflation, costs, etc…. But the price goes up & quality goes down? No. Do better! You used to be awesome…you cared about the “little guy”, your diehard customers. Now the little guy can’t afford e.l.f. Do better. Please.

100% Recommend
This app is really great - it’s easy to navigate and displays all the things you may want. It’s fun too! Other shopping apps are generic, but this one is in a whole new league - you can play games to get points so you can buy free things, and they are always doing collabs ( for example tinder and Stanley)

Good but comes with issues
Like I said I like the app but it’s got lots of problems. Firstly it’s very slow and laggy which makes shopping very frustrating and often time consuming. The website is the same. Secondly I always have issues checking out, eg it just took me multiple attempts over 2 hours to finally purchase my items, only 4 as well so not a huge order. super frustrating

Wow not only do e.l.f not test on animals and use great ingredients but their products are amazing and they try so hard to get more people to buy all the time with the most fun ways and its amazing. you get points on the app to get free products and its honestly so much fun i would not have expected it to be this amazing and all the products are affordable

So good
am 54 and have sensitive dry dull skin. I’m a Sun Lover! I recently ordered the entire Holy Hydration line and was pleasantly surprised with the results. Don’t get me wrong my lines haven’t disappeared however my skin for the first time in several years has a dewy glow and most importantly I didn’t break out!!! I just ordered the youth serum w/ retinol. I’ll give that a review after a few weeks. On another note I got a few lip liners, the plumping pout pens and satin lipstick. I couldn’t be more pleased. They are better than my Kylie & Mac lip kits 😝 Creamy lip liner ( easy to sharpen) soft ,creamy , glossy lips 👄 I literally went to Walmart and bought 3 of the pinky put since they are sold out on the app and Ulta. I will also mention I bought the hydrating camo foundation and the color didn’t match. They immediately refunded me ( I gifted the product) and was able to find the appropriate shade. Great customer service!!

Already Loving the Question It Poses
Just the Opening Set Up asks the perfect Question, how old are you.....? Which indeed is the statement the brand is making..... is beauty eternal- or is beauty to feel forever youthful through the use of this app and it's brand's presented products and stocklist..... already wanting to explore the range more and it's versatility! 👏🏻❤️

Easy to use
The app is easy to use. However when I got to the top rewards tier I was awarded 20% off my next order. I applied it to my basket and changed my mind on what I was buying so removed the item from my basket and the discount went with it. I have messaged on different platforms and been ignored unfortunately so this loses a star for me. App can be a little glitchy. Linking Facebook for more points doesn’t work and says the site administrator has to set it up. So a few broken things to be fixed. I like the products

Bank accounts beware!
Super affordable products but so addicting, it’s insane! It’s got a bit of everything for everybody, I’m a glitter and shiny girly myself so their glosses and eyeshadows are my faves! But there’s loads of matte options and different kinds of products I don’t honestly even know how to use😂. There are more expensive products, but even they’re worth waiting until payday to get, 100%. Sometimes the app is slow loading but other than that the app itself is super easy to use! The menu is easy to navigate, can’t get lost. Would 100% recommend at least downloading it and seeing for yourself, it’s worth a shot and won’t be a waste of money✨

I love this app
I’m absolutely love this app, not as much as I love ElF make up though.
I often buy different products from ELF and it’s so handy and easy to have all my repeat purchases on the app. A few clicks and it’s in the post. It’s also great to have a Quick Look at new products or and promotions. If you love ELF, this app is a must have!!
