  • Good exercises need more variety

    Nice app, easy to follow exercises. Does get a bit repetitive as it’s just the same lessons repeated on a loop. Also the 2nd page with a few extra exercises has never changed. Would be good if once a month there could be a new exercise to follow to stop you getting bored.
    I’m 51 so wasn’t expecting to look 20 again but I’ve been doing this for at least 3 months, more I’m sure but can’t say I’m seeing great results.
    I’ll continue for a while longer as I’ve older skin maybe it takes longer for results but I’m not hopeful.
    Sadly I don’t think you can reverse aging much with just yoga.

  • Scam

    This is totally a scam
    I can’t open the plan it asks for more payment
    It wastes a lot of time trying to figure how it works
    And they usually don’t refund amidst not getting the plan
    If you know your product is working you should be 100% positive people will love it and would grant refunds
    In my case I can’t access it at all and u don’t want to refund

  • Nice app

    I have only been using this app for a few days so I am quite new to it, but so far I am happy with the videos l tried!
    I like the diet recommendations and skin care too, and I am definitely gonna try these…
    I have to add that customer service was brilliant: I had some issues with the app (I couldn’t access to my plan) and they were very helpful, giving me great detail in how to fix this and it was solved very quickly.
    Can’t wait to see the results I will get on my face!

  • Sneaky and misleading subscription arrangement.

    This app is very misleading. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

    You download the App via the AppStore and set up your subscription through this. The app then charges you from an independent website account and the invoices nor the subscription appear on your AppStore subscriptions list.

    The Luvly App says that the subscription that it must be cancelled via the Apple Store, but this Luvly subscription does not appear in the subscriptions tab on my Apple ID and so you are unable to cancel it from there. This is very misleading and should be corrected to prevent further future issues.

    Only after you email the Luvly team are you told that you have to login to a new website to find your account and cancel your subscription that way.

    Very sneaky and would not recommend downloading this app.

  • Feels so good

    I have been using this app almost daily for about 9-10 months. I am 48 yrs old. I can’t say that I am seeing as drastic of results as some of the ads have shown, but I still love it! It feels really great to work tension out of the face and things do feel more toned, relaxed after doing a session. Most sessions for me are between 10-16 minutes long and they seem to go by quickly and are easy to fit in. I have made this part of my morning ritual and definitely miss it on the days I don’t fit it in. In all the time that I have been using it, I have only had a few issues with the app working correctly that have been fixed within a week’s time or less and the team support has been sufficient and helpful. I think it is worth the price.

  • Charged my card and won’t give me a refund

    I signed up for a week trial that I paid for and they have charged me $70 NZD, it’s extremely sneaky and they refuse to refund me. It was not clear to me that they would charge me after I signed up for only a week trial. It’s very disappointing trying to support a business and then being taken advantage of. Will not be recommending this to my friends and family.

  • A lovely app!

    If like me you struggle to find 15 mins to look after yourself before you collapse into bed exhausted, this app is the me-time well-being boost helper you didn’t know you needed! The pages are very user-friendly, the videos are very well made and the exercises are simple and effective. What’s more, the videos are so relaxing, they’ve helped me sleep better at night! I genuinely look forward to seeing the changes to my appearance. I can’t wait to discover all the features of the app and to care better for myself.

  • I should be able to use this app on multiple devices

    I’ve been using the app for about a week, and I believe the program is good. The app is fairly nice and easy to navigate, although it’s not always clear what parts of the program I should be doing. The skincare advice is decent. However, I wear glasses, and I can’t wear glasses when I use the videos in the program to train either in massage or facial yoga. The audible instructions are not very clear, so the experience of using the app is quite frustrating. I wanted to try it on my tablet so I could possibly see it better, but there are two issues: 1) the app seems to be developed for phone use only and does not expand on a tablet; and 2) I’ve paid for the use of the program and app, but I can’t use that login to sign into a different device. If you have a better solution for the small visuals, I’m all ears. The app is too expensive to be this frustrating. So that’s why I give it 3 stars.

    Oh, also, my training time doesn’t ever record on the training time graph, how is that supposed to work?

All the other exercises are there for you to enjoy only if you wish to try out something new :) As for the visuals issue, please note that Luvly is available both on mobile phones and tablets.   • Very expensive

    Be warned if you start with the one week trial it converts to one month which will charge you $40USD which is outrageous for what the app offers
