    This has been a great part of my daily routine. Not only have I noticed a difference, I love the style of the app and the notifications. Have recommended to all my friends.

  • You will see results in weeks

    After a few weeks results are visible and improved complexion, and in my case jawline and forehead improved over just one month.
    It’s sensible and gentle exercises encourage you to be aware of pressure and movement so picking up the course is easy with daily tutorials. Better value than anything involving needles and invasive products so a natural way to a healthy natural looking you.

  • This works

    I’ve been doing this every morning for about four months and I can really see the difference and the wrinkles disappearing, highly recommend- but remember if you buy the app and then complain it doesn’t work because you’re not actually making an effort it’s pointless.

  • Bugs and doesn’t seem to be tailored

    Im stuck on the day 10 video which is very frustrating. I’ve watched it 3 times now but when it finishes it just goes back to the Home Screen and showing I need to watch it again and I can’t continue. Also, at the beginning you do a quiz which makes it all seem very personalized, asking about your priority areas but so far I’ve had hardly any videos addressing those and have just been getting random videos for areas I don’t need to work on.

    UPDATE: I would give this 0 stars if I could. Unsubscribed via the usual way I do through Apple iPhone settings and Apple ID. Did this in November but they have charged me for a 6 month subscription now in December when I was only on a 3 month membership previously and had already unsubscribed. They are now saying they won’t refund me the amount. Really disappointed with this app. Save yourself the average content and worst customer service

  • Surprisingly awesome

    I’m used to all the marketing claims of apps. Skeptical. I don’t usually do this kind of app but I saw the results of someone I know and decided to give it a try. I’ve done two sessions and just feel better doing the exercises, which is worth every cent.

  • Don’t buy the extra courses.

    I did a 3 month subscription and bought an extra course, which I assumed I would always have access to. However, when the subscription ran out, I lost access to the course I bought on top too! Some of the exercises were helpful, however, a lot of time was spent on improving lymph drainage, and stretching, which I already know about, and the techniques they use aren’t the best ones imo. ***Updated:- I just got charged almost £62 by you and that wasn’t authorised. I’ve tried looking for a way to contact you in order to receive a refund. Please let me know how to do this or I will be raising a dispute for the payment with my bank.

  • Where’s the voice?

    I’m short sighted and the exercises really don’t work with glasses on. When I started there was an accompanying voice explaining the moves and why you were doing them. As I progressed the voice disappeared and I can’t follow without moving my face close to the screen to see what’s next. It’s really frustrating and calm is disturbed.

  • Not happy

    Initially the rate advertised was not converted into AUD from the advertisement, so what I thought was $60 ended up being $100!!
    Used the app only a couple of times. Did not enjoy the experience.
    Then to my surprise another $100 deducted from my bank account 3 months later - it was not even an annual fee but a quarterly fee!
    I found out this this app subscription is not showing up in my Mac subscriptions so no way to monitor this.
    Now I’m struggling to cancel my subscription - have spent unnecessary time trying to work out how to do this.

  • Refund

    I just realized that i bought a 3 months plan in April 18 2023 at 39,99$ and i have been charged every month a bill of 39,99$. I canceled the plan on July 18 2023 and i still have been charged every mont a bill of 39,99 $ until now October 20 2023.
    I have been trying to get in touch with someone with luvly but i got only automatic answer.
    This is really bad. It like a fraud. I want to write a complaint. Can someone help me or should i file a complaint to the country where the app is ?

  • Unable to cancel

    The app is ok, I just wasn’t using it. I followed all the steps I would usually to cancel a subscription (I set a reminder) and the option wasn’t there. The next month I got billed so went to cancel again - option not there. Used both methods in their FAQ for neither to show an option to cancel. I emailed them and the auto response assumes that you’ve had a problem cancelling - which really speaks for itself as a scam to make money. I signed up via the App Store and not the website, so should have been able to cancel in the App Store or my subscriptions. Furious that I won’t be refunded for this. Avoid at all costs.

    Edit: contrary to developer response, you cannot cancel in App Store or phone settings
