Can’t even log in
I took the bait of an email hawking “surprise rewards” if I downloaded and logged into this app. So much for that, because entering an email in the appropriate login field tells me it’s not a proper “account number.” Huh? Same login works on their website.
Just for kicks, I tried to create a new account through the app using the same email address. But as expected, it is not connected with my existing account (previous orders, etc).

Does not work with DC-DC charger
Will not connect with DC-DC charger. Renogy customer support does not exist. Do not buy their products. I spent ~1k for a battery and a DC-DC charger and could not get in contact with customer support by phone, email or website (yes I tried all 3) for connectivity issues. Oh, but the did send me an email to review their products.Show less406 J
Not cool Renogy
Please fix the app, recent update crashed the app, numbers are over layer on each other. Definitely a move in the wrong direction. If you click support it routes you to a webpage in a language most people can’t even navigate through. Never connects
This app never ever connects to my wanderer.
It shows it in the list of devices, but as soon as you click on it, it disappears.
If I could give this app zero stars, I would. It’s a shame because it looks like it would be nice. 🤷♂️Joe4speed
Waste of Bluetooth Device
I bought the Bluetooth device to be able to monitor battery charge and remaining capacity. This app here gives me basic info like charging amps, and nothing that I need, like for example how much battery life I have left. Apparently it used to be a lot better and they ruined it.

A couple improvements would help!
Biggest is that the battery charging amps is incorrect. My app reads 6500A when I’m charging a 48V system with 1000W. Math error anybody?
The other thing that would really help is if the app refreshed the data more often. Right now I have to manually refresh it anytime I want to check the numbersviva cacao
Usable but not good
The app is usable but is missing key features like the battery’s current charge percentage. Also submitting feedback is broken because the keyboard hides the submit button with no way to dismiss.ivfhbcff
Pretty useless in understanding the state of your battery
While this shows the power being generated by my solar it doesn’t give me any understanding of my battery charge percentage. The discontinued app gave you this information on the main screen. I highly recommend you add features to your app that people actually want like the one above and less stupid “community” stuff or I’ll switch to another brand of charge controller and appShow lessScotthib
Just keeps getting worse
The latest version, July 2021, adds a pretty cartoony screen that gives you very basic info, and breaks access to the screen that actually shows you what’s going on. I just want a simple “you have this % battery left,” but turning this into a social media app seems more important to Renogy than fixing broken functionality. Anybody want a BT-2 Bluetooth module? Unusable
I downloaded this app so I could participate in a flash sale. The UI is garbage and the app is utterly unusable. Also, the flash sale was over before it began. I then tried exchanging points I had on the app to get a coupon for discounts. Also didn’t work at all. Needless to say, I am deleting this garbage app.Show lessKees B
