    I had no idea my family was alusey doing the Dash diet all of these years. This way of eating has helped me keep 80 pounds off for almost 20 years. This app is a great addition to my cookapp collection. It is a common sense way of eating- taking healthy ingredients and keeping them interesting and familiar enough so that it isn't too scary.

    My teen and I are doing the Dash diet together due to hypertension. This cookapp is laid out so nicely to be able to plan easily. There have been things we didn't care for, not because the recipe was bad but just certain ingredients we don't love. We have been able to easily swap those out for things we prefer. I like how easy it is to follow the meal plans and ingredient lists. If you are doing the DASH diet, highly recommend this cookapp.

The meal plans are simple and easy to follow, providing a grocery list covering everything you'll need as well as a step by step guide on how to meal prep for the week.
