Bank issues
What is wrong why is my limit just 1m when you know the state of my business that is very bad you guys need to fix this and get it done quickly and you charge me a lot for electronic stuff why??? It is too much despite the charges for all transactions I make please you guys should rectify it ASAPVendor gold
Have not been able to save beneficiaries
I’m really enjoying using this app, it’s been quite helpful since. I would’ve given it a 5 star rating, but I can’t because since last year, I literally have to copy and paste account numbers each time I want to make any transfer. My beneficiary list just wiped out all of a sudden and since then, I’ve not been able to save any new beneficiary on the app. I called already to complain, but nothing came out of it since then. So, please, could you look into this problem and see what you can do to fix it. It’s quite frustrating considering that this is a mobile app and should be making my transactions less stressful.

Beneficiaries
I thought I was the only one having issues with saving beneficiaries. It’s ridiculous that we cannot save beneficiaries and this has been an issue for over a year with no rectification. I gave the app 2 stars, because everything works fine, and I haven’t had any problems other than not being able to save beneficiaries, which in my opinion, is a major problemShow lessazzy_wazzy
Transaction History
The app is good but there is no calendar or where to see the Transaction History between range of dates. The Transaction History presently only shows few dates from the current date. Please fix it to enable selection for range of dates.IO Allison

Transaction pin worked
I gained access to my account finally after many attempt. The pin given me worked in making transaction. I will need help in personalising my pin for future transactions.Abbieola

This is the worstest software update you have made so far . If someone make transaction today . Tomorrow we won’t find it on the app transaction history again

Slow but surely #1
Access More app is a big step up from where the bank started in mobile banking. It’s the best mobile banking experience in Lagos till date you can do so much with it and the modern layout adds to the banks increasing desire to keep up to date and also stay secure enough to use. You don’t have to be scratching your head on where a transfer went because it’s right there. I would love to see more push notifications.

Foolish bank
I made a report to this bank seven days ago and they demand for the declined payment receipt which I gave them and requested I wait for three working days and now it’s five working days and it’s like they’re not even organized enough to keep to their own words and can’t even bother to notify me about any new developments and is this how bank is supposed to operate and I think access bank is too big for the management to control and they’re now stupid and immatureShow lessSlowdownwizkid12345
