I transferred money to a person since morning and till now he hasn’t received it and they debited me on my account even my transaction history refuse to load please you seriously need to work on it ASAP either you refund the money or it go back to the account i sent it to, really you guys are frustrating me. App Always Crashes
A bank that doesn’t care about its customers. App always has issues. Never works. Will randomly block Foreign Currency transactions?! Why!? I think the bank has tier 1 capital ratio (cash) issue. That’s the only reason to hold /block USD and EURO transactions. If you ask to withdraw you FX at a branch the perpetually LIE and say they have no FX available. This is why Nigeria is backwards. This is why countries block our visas. Look at how we treat ourselves?! No point in writing this. Will you change? Nope, you’ll just laugh and continue. Well I tried.Show lessLost in Lagos

This app is totally a garbage! If life, we replace better things with the best but access more app case is different! How could you do away with the better fast diamond app and brought this trash?Shabbat.

Good experience
The experience using the app is great. However app sometimes doesn’t load up at startup and stays stuck the Access Bank logo. Also sometimes does not generate the beneficiary name when a transfer is initiated.jayspearing
