New bank widget screen crashes the App
After update and selecting a new bank screen, the app crashes immediately. Every other screen works, but banking screen. Can’t do any transfers currently.

Why is it so hard to register and use the app after doing everything requested????. Been trying to register the app for days now and they keep sending codes that takes forever to receive or saying state residence stuffs.Borborrr

The app was great when it was first released into the App Store for use. But subsequent updates came with this insanely annoying notification that won’t go away even after I’ve read and deleted the notifications. Tried chatting with support and they can’t seem to even understand what the problem is.Show lessO..e
Why change
What’s with you guys and changing apps all the time. The last time you did this , you guys ended up frustrating me . I couldn’t operate my app for a whole year because I was using Face ID and was made to use a password I couldn’t remember after the update . It was difficult finding a way especially when overseas. Your costumer service takes 2weeks (Sundays) to reply a simple email , your line doesn’t connect smh 🤦♀️. Y’all should stick to one please unless it is for security reasons.Show lesspechosss

I’m giving 3 stars because before diamond bank moved to access bank which now we are using the access more app there use to be a category called ESUSU. It’s a category where you can do monthly savings from your account balance and you will get the money paid back to you when it reaches a year but I’m finding it difficult to use such in this particular app. If you can fix or respond maybe I’m missing something on the app which indicates something similar to ESUSU I will be happy and come back to rewrite my review. Can’t update my app without connecting to hotspot
