Am enjoying this app thou is can be annoying sometimes due to network but its also quite reliableprecious cliff
MISSING EARLIER SAVED BENEFICIARIES!!!
I cant find my previously saved beneficiaries again, quite frustrating to want to ask for details of account from people. Newly saved beneficiaries are not even available as an option as well… i don’t like the idea of having to go and copy and paste every now and then, so often and on. Worst bank ever!
This is the worst app ever!!! Disabled my account when I complained about their incompetency. At this point all I want to do is deactivate my account! The most horrible experience, I’ve been unable to make transactions for the past 2 days now, leaving me stranded. After complaining, they asked me to write a letter, I did and they claimed it was resolved. Only for me to check again and it was back to square 1, complained again and they ask me to write the same letter. That shows you that they don’t even follow up or check their mails, cos why would I do the same thing twice. I’m tired and frustrated!!!Show lessd_khloe
Poor service, Poor handling
I had the access more app on my old phone and a very high limit, I changed phone and did change device, when I did this, my limit dropped even worse than my actual bank account limit and I’ve been unable to operate it as normal. This has hindered me a lot with the kind of work I do and that’s just depressing, I tried to increase limit on the app and I’m unable to, if there was a zero star rating that’s what I’d have given this app. There times when the app won’t even work properly, not showing completed transactions.Show lessIrishAlexander

I Transfer Money From a USD Domiciliary USD Account, and I was Debited — but I didn’t Get an Email About a Debit — and Recipient hasn’t Receive the money.

Access bank is my new best bank and this banking app is super lit. I so much love this bank and their service is top notch.
For that reason I subscribed for their priority service and it’s been awesome. Kudos to the team, from management to the tech team.Dtech badger
Already save beneficiaries suddenly disappeared
I don’t understand what’s happening. I used the app for transfer and few hours later, I logged in to perform another transaction only to find all the beneficiaries saved over many year suddenly disappeared. I don't get impressed easily but few minutes ago i was very much impressed with ACCESS MORE app.
I got an SMS alert that said i have not used my account for a while, i made a transfer and wanted to do a mobile top up at least to keep the account active. But i couldn't find the Access more app on my device. I know if i download it again i may not be able to login because may ATM expired last December and i have not had time to go for renewal, but i decided to give it a try anyway and i was Impressed when i was asked if i had a u see name and password and ahem i used i got immediate "ACCESS" to my account.
