App won’t open door
However, when I went to retrieve my bike the app would not open the door. I had to try calling the customer service line 3 times (twice getting put on hold and hung up on). The agent on the phone was very helpful when I finally got to them. It took me 40min from when I got back to the locker to when I was finally able to get it open and get my bike with a manual code from customer service—the app never worked to open it.
My phone had Bluetooth enabled and was in range of the locker and the open door button would not activate.
I will continue to use the service as the bike lockers are amazing but I will only be using the app to look at locations and availabilities. I will be ordering a physical payment card to make sure I don’t get stuck like this again!

Sorry to hear you had trouble ending your rental! Our user support agent reported that your phone had very low battery at the time. Most phones restrict Bluetooth when the phone has very low battery. This may have caused the issue. You can change this behavior in your settings. Please know that our 24/7 help center can always help you retrieve your bike right away without the app.
