  • ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE

    My son is nonverbal autistic so when the school year started we needed a way to make sure he was where we needed him to be. The number of safety concerns are endless with a special needs child, this helps my MIL who lives in a different state, relax so much with the apps real time options.
    * the strap options are nice, basic, that would be my only, well wish, I guess would be for children who don’t want to keep it on, maybe a lanyard or key ring option for a strap will be my hope. I have several friends who are looking into this but it may not work for them because of that express purpose
    It will not lower my score for that because it’s not a diverse issue

    Absolutely accuse me a sense of peace, knowing that I can monitor her Perimeter, thank you communicate at all times I I absolutely love the SOS button. She’s had a kid sync of watch. It’s the round face. I depend on his precision and detail. I would imagine that I could speak for all mommies. The heart felt degree that it is a sense of peace that it brings to mommy‘s heart because there are babies, love is my little girl. I think God for blessing the person to invent such a creative product towards safety. I can only ask respectfully and demand for myself and I’m sure speaking for all mommies with kids sync of watch that the battery needs to be longer lasting much longer to this wonderful magnet phenomenal product. You should take the time to ask mommies what they want. It’s a win-win situation.. love always Miss Medina 12 years with T-Mobile❤️

  • Can’t sign in

    I just got my kids watches yesterday, I got on and set them up with boundaries and some contacts. Shortly after i was kicked off the app. I tried to get back on and it asked for my email and password, which I put in, then it asks me if I’m over 18, to which I click yes, then it shows me my name and phone number and it tells me to add a picture, so I do that. I hit next and it gives me a create profile error. It feels like I’m stuck in Limbo. I don’t know how to get back into the account. I’m beginning to wonder if it is a software program issue on the side of the app. The tech on the phone couldn’t help me, they only told me to delete the app and re download it to see if that fixes it. Then restart my phone to see if that fixes it. Then tried other devices still same error popped up. They wrote a ticket and told me to try again in 48 hours. Until it is fixed my rating will be 1 star.

  • Total fine… when it works

    This app has an okay design, and is slow but not horribly slow. The only huge problem is that it just doesn’t work like 75% of the time. I’m currently using an iPhone 15 Pro, and previously experienced the same issues on the iPhone 13 Pro Max. I can almost never actually see where my daughter is using the GPS and frequently get “error” messages the entire time I am using the app. Sometimes, the app just won’t open at all.

    I am forced to use this app because of the smart watch we bought our daughter, but if there is one app I would want to be 100% stable and functional it’s the app that is supposed to be helping me keep track of my kids in an emergency. But it seems that T-Mobile really couldn’t care less about patching these holes unfortunately.

  • Highly recommended 💯💯

    This app definitely help to keep tabs on love ones and family members but the work of such tracking apps is usually limited because you always need to access the device you want to keep tabs on in order for the tracking app to work effectively. My question is if i can access the device i want to hack, why would I need it hacked? But i understand we hack devices due to different intentions and to recover some information that must have been deleted or kept from being easily seen, the device will be required to be cloned. Being unfaithful gives rise to a whole lot of issues and situations that might be very difficult to cope with if you don't have an account of what is really going down with your partner when you are not together. If you keep getting these signs it's most likely to be true your partner is cheating. That's not the end of life anyway, you can make a choice that suits you and be to your advantage for something like that to never repeat itself. For anvone that find themselves in this situation, what you need is to contact a private ethical investigator named Kevin at (Greatspy207 @ Gmail com )to find out what has been going on behind your back, and fix it as quick as you can. His services are highly rated and affordable, regardless whether your problem is personal or beyond personal, I am certain that whatever you are passing through will be fixed in a jiffy. I am a huge testimony to his exploits and I highly endorse that you write to him.

  • It’s one of the biggest waste of money I have ever spent

    I’ve had to return the watch four times because it never works. The battery never works. The app always says somethings wrong with it to come back later. I don’t have access to my kids watch I’ve contacted T-Mobile and they’ve always sent me a new watch but it never seems to work, the first time I got it for him was for Christmas so I waited a little bit to give it to him as soon as he gets it the watch battery only last 20 minutes so we get another one. The other one won’t even turn on, so we get another one and we have the same issue with the battery, so we get another one this was all handled through the insurance that we purchased. We now have a Watch that works the batteries still not 100% but it will do but now the app never works. I updated it. I deleted it and installed it again and it never works.

  • Highly recommended try this

    Recommending tracking and monitoring suspected cheating wife, Smartphone can be really beguiling. There are so many apps and what not that promise awesome results if you can just get hold of your spouse's device. This has always been a huge limitation for me as l've always wanted to see everything in my spouse's device without getting hold of her phone or her finding out. She began acting suspicious and being all secretive and 1 decided that something drastic had to be done. Within hrs I got a notification popped up on my phone it was from Faz. he gave me a spy link which I accessed with my phone web browser there I was able to see all of her texts, call logs, WhatsApp, Snapchat, deleted conversation, social media shared pictures and videos etc as if 1 got her phone in my palms. It's really a great opportunity to use the services of (greatspy207((@))gmail com) if you got similar issues right now I'lI strongly advise you write him for an excellent spying and tracking services. This is the most highly recommended and genuine services that works efficiently than the spy apps.

    I have never in 10 or 15 ears written to review anything on the Internet, but I had to for this incredible service!   • WILL NOT LOG IN

    Got the watch and it works. The SyncUP Kids app on my phone will not let me log in. I have spent 15 hours between chat and calling support. It has been on going for weeks and they keep submitting tickets. I have called Apple and it is a Tmobile issue as they own the app. Tmobile tech and care keep assuring me it’s ok and going to be fixed. I was told if it wasn’t resolved the other day they would figure something out or a new phone. They now tell me they can’t do that. It has been a horrible experience. I had the Gabb kids watch and it was amazing. I switched so we would all be on the same plan and regret it majorly. With this horrible service we are about to move carriers all together. I have had sprint/Tmobile for over 9 years and the customer care stopped and became garbage after the merger. You use to be able to speak to people based in the US and actually get help. Not it’s play telephone and spend hours on the phone and chat waiting and still no resolution. Save your time and money and DO NOT get the watch if you plan on actually using the app.

  • Very well designed

    I love the features on this kids watch. The app is very user friendly. From the app, you can load unlimited contacts that the child is allowed to call or text, and no one can contact your child unless you have put them on the list. You can set a boundary around your home or neighborhood and another around the child’s school. You get a notification if the child goes out of that boundary. You can set up school mode that disables smart features during school hours, but you can still see the child’s location. Set it to repeat, such as 8 to 3 on Mon thru Thur, 8 to 1 on Fri. On school holidays, you can disable school mode easily, and turn it back on when school resumes. The child can’t disable school mode or add contacts. The app keeps the parent in charge and notified of the child’s location at all times. The charger holds the watch magnetically, so very easy for kid to put it on the charger themselves. One word of caution, if the watch isn’t charging properly, change where you plug in the usb. I had it plugged into the usb on my kid’s bedside lamp, which would only charge it 50% even after sitting there all night. I changed it to a wall charger and it got to 100% in under an hour.
