Thank you so much for such an amazing product! The watch is perfect for kids and the app is perfect for parents. I love all the features on the app. My child loves the watch and I love that we can communicate with not only each other but with appointed family and friends only. Good app!
I love all of the things I am able to do with this app, except for one thing. School mode is great and makes me feel good knowing that my child isn’t being distracted by his watch, however, I’m usually at work by the time he makes it to school and I have to manually turn it on and off everyday. It would be great if it would be possible to set a time that it turns on and off. Or when he enters the school boundary.Show lessStef19900215

T-Mobile support and stores have no clue how to activate or add the watches to your lines. It’s been two days and the two watches I have are still displaying the same errors messages that the devices were not activated correctly. I’ve been on hold for hours with T-Mobile experts and representative and still no one knows how or when these watches will be fixed. There’s been several times I’ve been told to put in a sim card to a watch with no SIM card option. Save yourself the migraine and don’t get these watches.Show lessymknfhebsgsga
