This is ridiculous
This app should not be a requirement to enter into Indonesia this app doesn’t even work most of the time it ask for my log in and then automatically kicks me out of the app other times it doesn’t even let me log in also i added my vaccine card days ago and nope still nothing … very unpleasant and should not be a requirement to go about your way while on vacation !!!Show lessChandlernicoleee
Slow and doesn’t work properly
Can’t get past the register page because there no drop down options for passport issuing authority. The app is excruciating slow and frustrating to useGreen84
Horrible for a National Health App
I don’t know what to say. I can’t even register to start using the app and there are so many glitches which prevent smooth usage. All my friends and family have varying experiences reflecting inconsistency which is unfortunate for a apparently required app.Cumicapek
Logs me out immediately
I downloaded the app and tried to register using email and when that did not log me in, I tried with my US phone. The moment I log in using 6 digit pin that is sent, I am logged out and again see first page. How is this going to work? I have my trip in a few weeks.Adrian Summers
Very frustrating
Every time I try to log in it takes me through to the right page but then immediately goes back to the log in page so I have never managed to even get in to upload my vaccine details! Then I was advised to input them via another website but it takes you back to this app so you just go round in circles! Please can you improve this app because it is driving me mad!!Show lessCoz99999

Horrible app, my mother and I have an upcoming trip to Bali and we’re not able to set it up. After many tried my mother was able to add her documents. I have now tried over 10 tries and gets kicked out every time I log in. Unable to submit documentationsMaster91280
Was told to use the website, but it doesn’t work too!!
Saw some responses by PeduliLindungi from previous reviews saying should use the website to register vaccination cert.
I just tried and there’s no option for Non Indonesian!! Ughhhh so frustrating!!!

Stupid app. Can't even claim my vaccine certificate. Keep saying wrong identity but didn't tell you which one exactly. I can't even edit my identity because it's auto completed when trying to claim non-Indonesian certificate. Fix it or don't even make an app when you can't do it properly!raenxia
Easy to use
I’m surprised at the negative reviews. Maybe it’s had work done recently as I found it very easy to use. I could only register 3 vaccinations but I’ve had 4. And I believe some have had even 5. So this should definitely be amendedIschiaragazzo
