  • Awful App

    Worst app for foreigners to use. Whatsapp help is a bit that does not give an option to have responses in English. Website links are the same - nothing works! Uploaded vaccine certificate several times only to get the same “not found” response. This is a terrible app and not user friendly - how can you demand the app be used prior to arriving and not provide any user friendly service whatsoever!?

Register yourself on the PeduliLindungi app or through website pedulilindungi.id and complete your profile. Click the following link https://dto.kemkes.go.id/blog/entering-indonesia-will-need-no-ehac-and-get-temporary-green-status-for-30-days for more info. If you want to stay in Indonesia for more than 30 days, you can get green status permanently by applying for VNI verification. Kindly open PeduliLindungi version 4.4.7 or newer, Choose 'COVID-19 Vaccine', Choose 'Vaccine Non-Indonesia', Complete your vaccination data and click Submit.   • Do not download

    It is not mandatory to download this app in order to enter Indonesia. I entered all my information and am still waiting for my covid vaccination certificate to be approved (submitted 3 weeks ago). I entered Bali and they didn’t even ask to see this, they asked to see my vaccination certificate directly. This app also has serious issues with data privacy, there is no way to delete your account or data, I contacted support and they informed it was not possible.

    If you are a foreign visitor travelling to Indonesia/Bali - DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. You can simply enter by showing your vaccination certificate.

    I was advised this app would be useful for when I’m in Indonesia. So far it’s completely in Indonesian and the support via WhatsApp is also in Indonesian. How am I to use this? I can’t add my vaccinations, can’t get my phone number verified because nothing happens. This is horrible.
  • Awaiting approval

    I created a profile and added all my vaccination certs/QR codes and details. After 5 days still awaiting approval and nowhere can I find how to contact them to raise an issue. Can you please help, otherwise I’m not sure I will be allowed into the country.

  • No response for over a week after submitting my proof of Vaccination

    You can’t travel there without the app, the airlines won’t allow you on until you submit your vax papers on the app.
    I sent in papers 9 days ago and still says waiting for approval. I guess Indonesia must also be waiting for tourists. I had to cancel my flight
  • Not user friendly

    If I set the language to English then everything in the app and everything it sends me to should be in English. This app shouldn’t be this hard to use to begin with. Customer service is non existent. The country relies heavily on tourism and should put a lot more of an effort into making it so. Do you want people to come to your country or not. It sure seems like a no. If you don’t want the business then just close the country down rather than make them deal with crap. Covid is a joke to begin with and this just makes it worse

  • Poor people process let’s the app down

    It look about a month for them to approve my and my son’s non Indonesian vaccination certificates even after emailing many times and by that time I was already in Bali.

    They are difficult to contact for support with poor chat and emails receive an unhelpful stock/canned response.

    In reality the app is hardly used or checked in Bali. Status wasn’t checked at immigration, I showed paper copies instead.

    If you do use the app submit the certificate several weeks ahead of travel. More importantly take paper copies of your vaccination certificates.
