Unable to Claim Certificat
So it’s mandatory to complete the this process for entry into the country. I have submitted my information several times over the past month in preparation for my upcoming trip this week. No one has reviewed my information and no ticket exists within App. Frustrating!jdjdjcndndididid
What is everyone complaining about?
I just uploaded all my 3 UK vaccines, via photos on my iPhone of the passes in my iPhone wallet, and it was the easiest thing I’ve ever done. If people are having issues with this then I worry for their progress through life, franklyJamesDowning

Due to fly to Bali in 10 days, but are having to cancel due to the fact Indonesia insists we upload our COVID certificates on this hopeless app that does not work. It has no option to edit and add certificates. Even if you submit, no one approves it! Don’t book to go to Bali until they sort this mess out.
The advice that has been given to others is to use a website instead of the app, but that website only allows you to download the app!

You put in your vaccination dates and it stays pending approval a month later. What a waste don’t use this app just bring your papersSieSie L.
Challenging to use but works eventually
Many folks use VPN for web browsing security these days. App will not allow set up if VPN is enabled. So deactivating VPN will allow the App to function to set up. If you intend to navigate in App or use any functionality, VPN needs to be deactivated or the App will freeze. Haven’t been able to register an international number. No instructions on what needs to be done enter Indonesia. Unable to verify a uk phone number. No idea if I need to upload my vaccine certificate or not, when I try to it doesn’t work. Bugs, no direction nor guidance, horrible ux, support non existent, and fails
This is without a doubt the worst designed app I have ever used. I don't mean design as in pretties, it looks rather modern and nice but the user experience is absolutely atrocious.
No guidance on what to do after login, or how to add our foreigner covid vaccine card, and no documentation. My Indonesian wife who got her vaccine here in the USA can't add her card because the app wants her local info, except were not local were in the USA.
It is extremely poorly coded, with pretty much no though process put into its creation. Any junior level developer with even a little bit of guidance could create a better app with better user experience.

No English Version
Despite boasting eight languages and having a choice of language in your profile settings there is no English language apart from the front page of the app. I changed the language to English in the settings and could see no difference. I know that English speakers should make an effort to learn some foreign languages to enjoy more their travels but when it is so fundamental to understand government regulations they should offer alternative language translations. I’m sure it’s a great app for the locals but not for ‘nationals foreign’ as described by the app.Show lesspatdel

This app has so much problems. Took me five tries just to enter my email because it would give me an error message. Had to restart the app a few times to get it working. This app made the lines in the airport extra slow because everyone had problems with the app as well. I almost missed my flight because of this.Show lessxXErikMXx
