  • Really sets you up for success

    Unlike the HeartMath, this app has an amazing way to measure your heart rate and relaxation state from your phone’s own camera, without needing a device to carry around. It also has better intro lessons, goal setting, and encouraging feedback with realistic expectations about how long it might take to start “getting it”. I only wish there was a version that wasn’t geared toward migraines, that I could share with my friends and family.

  • Amazing migraine control

    Thank you for this amazing app - I have never been able to relax enough to control my migraines but with this app I have learned to relax via breathing exercises.
  • Help for migraines

    Just getting started with Juva but already relieved to find something I can DO! I live in a rural area where doctors are scarce so it’s tough to find one to help with migraines (and get appointments). I carry meds with me everywhere just in case. It all feels so helpless to be at the mercy of random migraines. With Juva, It’s giving me action to take to fight this myself. The app is super easy to use and understand too.

  • Great results already

    I’ve just started using this app and have already noticed a pronounced calming effect. I’ve also seen improvement in terms of lower blood pressure.
  • Still new to the app

    I’ve had migraines for 40 years, and have tried just about everything to deal with them. I’m still taking my prophylactic med, but I’m finding that Juva is helping me relax more and deal with not just headache pain, but also my chronic pain condition and anxiety.

    It’s still new to me, but it’s making a difference in my life in so many ways.

  • Real Hope for Chronic Migraines

    I’ve struggled with chronic migraines for many years and have tried many different treatment options. My headache specialist recommended the Juva app for biofeedback therapy.
    I’m very impressed with the app and find it very helpful. It has given me a method to control my stress response, pain and frequency of migraines.
    The app is very professionally designed with a large library of content. It is educational and therapeutic. I’m learning to control my bodily responses to pain and stress and to balance my nervous system. I have finally found a real way to manage stress and migraines!

  • Pretty good

    Only on Day 4 and will be providing improvement suggestions. Nothing major, just user input to make it just a bit better.

    Am a yoga teacher so know several breathing techniques to induce the parasympathetic response to lower pain perception. Have had migraines for decades and have always wanted to try biofeedback. The app is great because it can give you visual cues of your progression to relaxation. The learning included is helpful because understanding why something works can make you want to honor your commitment to use the app regularly. Waiting to see what sort of data is generated from the nightly diary.

  • Delightful App

    Juva is a delightful app. It works fairly well, but has some rough edges, such as with the vibrations at the end of a session. On occasion one has to exit out of the app to get the vibrations to stop. The heart rate monitor seems to be fairly accurate. Appreciate the vocal coaching. Picture sessions are not as helpful.

  • Wonderful User-Friendly Migraine Tool!

    A wonderful app design with great resources, along with step by step guidance for migraine sufferers with tools to add to their tool box to assist in biofeedback techniques (including tips on how how to breathe correctly, relax and focus, etc., which are are crucial when a migraine/headache occurs).

  • A New Beginning

    Life long migraines who is learning a new way of life after starting a monthly injectable. As much as it has helped, I still want to learn more to help myself during migraines. Currently on day 3 of Juva. What a great concept. I have a lot to learn and have great hopes Juva will help train me to calm my nervous system.
