  • Juva for Migraine

    My migraines have always been very irregular and, rather than decreasing in frequency with age, they have increased. I carry a Sumatriptan pill with me wherever I go so that I can take it at the first sign of an aura. I eat and sleep on a regular schedule, make sure to stay hydrated and try to track my triggers but none of this helps much.
    With Juva, I feel I have some control. Even though I have only been using it for a few days, I already feel I’m getting better at calming myself. I enjoy the sessions and look forward to working through all the practices. I can see using this long term.

  • So far so good

    I’m new to the Juva app and so far it’s a pleasant experience. I haven’t seen a decrease in my migraine however my anxiety that accompanies them is much lower by using the app, especially the breathing or calming exercises.

    This app has already been very helpful after only a few uses giving me biofeed back on how to down regulate my nervous system.

    All migraine people : no excuse for not participating in these exercises Im told biofeedback is evidence based Looks that way to me Morning headache i did a module right away it ebbed by at least 50%
  • Love this app!

    My migraines have become debilitating. I’m to the point where I’ve overused my medications and nothing is working anymore. Yesterday, I couldn’t take any meds, so I came home from work, lied down with an ice pack, and did an exercise on this app. It calmed my nervous system down enough for my headache to go away so that I could go about my evening, preparing dinner for my family and watching a show with my husband. I will continue to use this app every day from now on!

  • I am very hopeful

    I learned about Juva from a flier from retreatmigraine 2022. Exactly what the doctor (neurologist) ordered, to learn CBT.
    I have vestibular migraine EVERY day and thus far western medicine not helping. Haven’t been able to use much yet but I feel real hope that CBT will be very useful. Don’t know when I have felt real hope. Getting and staying asleep will be my first thing to address.

    Although I’ve started using Juva in the past week or so, I’m already feeling empowered to heal and shift my patterns around migraine. In exploring the App, I resonate most with the body based practices—remembering those sensations and bringing them back in the moment. Today I stopped a migraine before it got going! Looking forward to more learning.
