  • This is a great app

    I started using this app. I suffer from chronic migraine. I’ve been trying to find ways to ease the pain along with my medication. I decided to give this app a try. This app helps me a little but I’m gonna keep using Java. It helps me to relax. I love how Java can since when I’m relaxed or not relaxed just by using my phone. I also like how Java take my heart and breath with my phone in my hand.

  • A new treatment for migraines!!

    My migraines have been really bad until I started using this app. It’s been such a helpful method in curing my pain.

    This app is so helpful in relieving my migraines! I like the way that they have such easy instructions to follow.
  • Calming my whole system

    I have been struggling with vestibular migraine for over a year. I started using the app 3 weeks ago and I am definitely feeling more relaxed, therefore less symptomatic. It is incredibly encouraging to see the results of a session lower my heart rate and slow my breathing, resulting in a more calm nervous system. I look forward to doing it every day and my symptoms are decreasing!

    I’ve had migraines for 5 years and have tried so many things including medication and treatment. Nothing compares to this app!
  • Very relaxing

    I really like the clinician guided breathing exercises. They are very relaxing and calming. You’re supposed to do the app daily as a preventative, but I also will do it during a headache or as one is coming on and that seems to help. Definitely worth a try!
  • New way for biofeedback

    I have enjoyed this app I did a bit of biofeedback in the past in the office setting and this is more convenient and more helpful in my opinion because you can do it whenever you want and as much as you want it’s very helpful for my migraineI especially the tips that are given about thinking about Migraine they are very helpful as well

  • Makes sense

    I’ve been using Juva 2 weeks today. Admittedly during week one I was wondering how this would work for me as I felt I wasn’t catching on. But daily practice really does matter. This week I’ve seen Baby steps of progress which is so exciting.

    I love the technology and ease of use. I’ve always wanted to try biofeedback but never had the chance. This app is amazing and has become a daily routine I look forward to.

  • From victimhood to an effective tool

    I have a life-long relationship with migraines. In mid life they nearly disappeared but came back strongly during covid times.
    I worked several months with a headache clinic when one of the providers recommended Juva.

    I’ve found it very helpful: First, I was feeling very much a victim and working with the Juva app has enabled me to feel I can do something rather than just stress out when migraines happen. Second, the app has gradually helped me understand and impact my own body’s stress reactions that seem to trigger migraines. I believe I’m on a pathway to both reducing how often my migraines occur and how I respond when they do. If you’re in search of a new tool, I highly recommend Juva.
