  • Enjoying the App so far

    I am aware of the science behind Biofeedback. I was really happy finding about this App. I have only been using it for a little while but I am looking forward to my 20 minute session every day and I can see how easy I can get in the habit. Hopefully it will also reduce the intensity and frequency of the migraine I get. I am hopeful.

  • First day needs work

    I just downloaded Juva and was excited to get started, however I found the first day’s journey aggravating. In the first exercise (21 minutes long) the first 7 minutes is a repeat of info that was just covered, and meanwhile I have to stare at my face while the biofeedback exercise hasn’t even started. That part should be a video. Then the actual session started and he said multiple times something like “by now you’ve done these exercises several times…” even though it’s the very first biofeedback session. First impressions matter and these were both a turnoff for me.

  • Great for Learning Biofeedback

    I just started using Juva a few days ago, but I like that I can learn how to do it at home, and it includes parts where you are learning to control your breathing, heart rate, and overall nervous system through the biofeedback segments, and then it has a summary to show you how you did, as well as a diary and practice. I will see how it helps with my migraines, but my doctor had mentioned biofeedback years ago but it wasn’t covered by my insurance and going to the office every week was prohibitive. So far I really like it to add to my migraine plan.

  • Excellent support

    I’ve just started using Juva, but am hopeful for myself & the Migraine community. The support is amazing. I love the variety of exercise options, many of which I had already tried but without the biofeedback option. It’s definitely worth the commitment to yourself.
  • Magical app for learning to regulate body

    Very helpful for learning to get oneself out of flight and fight and back to rest and relaxation. So useful for health.

  • Great App For Releif

    I have a very difficult time getting myself to relax and my breathing in sync. This often leads to my anxiety and tension ramping up subconsciously which makes it difficult to focus on my day to day. After a couple days of this subconscious tension, a migraine rears it’s ugly head. Juva has helped me learn my body’s natural rhythms which in turn has helped me to relax and have less migraine days.
