  • Helpful but Challenging

    This app has helped me take control back from my headaches. It’s taken me a while to learn to reduce my heart rate, and I still need to get better at it but this app works!

    This app started off as a simple tool for anti-migraine biofeedback. It was a good teacher of the beginning steps. Over time it has evolved and is constantly adding new features that help advanced practitioners enhance the variety and effectively of our skills. It alarm makes practice more fun.

    App is a little rough around the edges, but I’ve been doing the sessions and have been able to go about my day and sleep easier, feeling more in control.

    The focus of this app is proactive migraine prevention- which is the best approach! The facial recognition technology is really interesting and there are a range of therapies to try. Worth adding to your arsenal of treatments.

    As someone who gets both migraines and anxiety...with neither giving much forewarning of their impending doom...this is a great tool to add to my proverbial toolbox
  • Great app for my migraine attacks

    I loved using this app for my migraine. Exercises are easy to follow and it’s great that I can see my own heart and respiration rate, while trying to relax my body and mind.
  • Deep relaxation

    I’ve tried several “meditation” apps but none have combined the science of biofeedback with therapies offered by a clinical psychologist who specializes in pain, stress and anxiety. The calming voice of Dr. Buse sent me into an extremely relaxed state and the heart and breathing rate info showed me my progress before, during and after the session. While this is targeted to migraine patients, it also is great for anxiety and stress.
