  • Confusing/Untimely/Inconvenient

    Was charged for late fees even tho I paid on time, simply because they wait til the 5th to take your money. By the time they did this I also had auto-payments scheduled. When I went to confirm the payment was made, they said I paid twice and was good for next month, (confused since I didnt even have that amount to take), then when the payment was corrected on their end they considered it late and charged me a late fee anyway. Great app to scam tenants with.

  • Faulty app

    Horrible! I have deleted an old account that was closed due to fraud SEVERAL times and yet it’s back as an option for payments on the app. I have also received a returned check fee even though I have removed this account as as option to pay from. The tenets should not have to pay for a faulty app error when they have done everything on their end to avoid this from taking place to begin with.

  • Monarch Payment App

    The app is simple and easy to use. Information regarding bank account entry and verification is clearly given to the user. The fact an app exists makes payments a lot easier to do over the phone.
  • Stop Asking

    No matter how many times you select the “remember me” option for quick sign in and you blast the first page with “newsletters” I don’t care about. Thankfully there is an option to select that says Don’t Show This Again. It’s a great feature, it would be nice if it actually worked though. The bulletin board on the app talking about new things hasn’t been updated since 2015. A convenience fee to pay with a card? Seriously? It’s 2022 and I’m using an app on my phone. Don’t worry, I’ll just put cash inside the charge port. How else would you pay digitally? Hopefully now that I’ve actually left a review like you have asked me multiple times a month you’ll stop bugging me about it.

    I find the app helpful and it is easy to use overall, I think my issue is probably more work the management company than the app- like being able to make partial payments. But in general the app is useful because I don’t have to go through extra steps to logon to the website portal
  • Not sure anyone gets the messages

    It’s great for paying rent, but the emails and maintenance requests go unnoticed by property management. Then when we go to the office to submit one, they tell us to use the app, which doesn’t work; or if it does no one responds to emails and maintenance requests at this property.
  • Ok app, but needs work

    It’s a pretty neat way to pay rent and request maintenance, however there are certain things on the app that need work. When the payment options were offered, debit was one of them, but due to my property management, it’s not really an option. If it’s not an option I can use, then it need to be gone fully.

  • Great app for residents

    I find myself using this app often to communicate with the property managers, submit work orders, checkon rent and payment, and many other things. Simple, easy, and useful. Must have for any resident.

    This is the second month in a row I have tried to add my bank account I’ve made numerous inquiries to administration to pay for an apartment through my bank account to avoid a convenience fee and I cannot verify the account. This site is so frustrating and there has been nothing but trouble since it changed over. I’ve now had to pay by credit card two months in a row and pay the convenience fee even though I have had the money to pay by bank account and it won’t let me. I’m very disappointed in this website

  • Maintenance app

    I love having 24/7 access to the maintenance app to submit requests for help. It makes it so easy to send in a note while I’m thinking about it, and not have to worry about remembering to call when the office opens again. The response has always been great, too!
