Works As It Should
The app is quick and easy to use. I can pay my rent without issues. Submit maintenance requests that are answered quickly. The app makes things a lot simpler and worry free.AllieE_DLJ
Decent but flawed
When you log in, the app gives you announcements. And even though I have had the “do not show me this again” setting enabled, it still shows me the same 2 announcements every single time I log in.
Also the fact that you cannot re-open maintenance requests or comment on the ones you currently have open is a bit silly. If those two things were corrected the app would be much better.Show lesstopekacitizen
The App? (I think?)
I like it very much. If quick and effective in getting me the assistance I need. However, today, for some reason, when I tried to submit the Request it failed to send and deleted itself. However, I have no idea whether the failure and deletion was a problem with the App itself or the IPhone X I have that had many faults in and of itself. I am glad that my husband and I are in the apartment that we are in. They have the best maintenance people and act fast to when you have a maintenance issue especially during the summer and winter.2507-6
The App Constantly Wants You to Rate It
Literally, on every other screen there is a prompt to rate the app. Even if you click the prompt “do not display this again”, it continues to show up, every single time.
It’s an apartment app. People use it for paying rent and placing maintenance work orders. It’s annoying that I can’t pay rent without getting asked to rate the app 3 different ways. Please fix the radio button so that it actually disables the prompts that request ratings when selected. I would change my rating to 5 stars if you could do that. :)Show lessMagicalcuban
Very convenient
This app is very easy to use and very convenient for my busy schedule. I love the fact that I don’t have to go all the way to the store for a money order to bring into the office. I like that I can do just about everything that is needed to be done all right here at my fingertips.LaQuitaPugh

Nearly there
Great app that does everything that I need to keep up with my apartment building’s management. Paying rent is easy, putting in work orders is even easier. Once it orients to landscape ad fits to a screen size other than mobile phone I will change to 5 Stars. I am very thankful to have such a simple method of rental management.Show lessÅlexander
Easy to use
The app is great, it is very easy to use. Great for making maintenance requests or paying the monthly rent. The only thing I do not like is the monthly rent only shows owed a couple of days before it will s due, I wish it showed up earlier so that I could pay early when I want to.Ericao028
