  • Bare minimum maintenance

    I moved in July 2019 with a broken bedroom window, that I would be fixed before I moved in 2 weeks later. The window is still broken. The slider does not close completely and has a 1/4 inch crack that also gets stuck when closed. I have locked myself out on the balcony 5+ times and had to call for help. My bathroom ceiling has a leak. The drywall caved in. The drywall was replaced and is again turning black from the leak in the above apartment. The carpet has many waves and bumps and the entire apartment smelled of cigarette smoke for 6 months. I had the carpets professionally cleaned then continued cleaning using coffee beans, baking soda, and vinegar. I have put in these requests multiple times then find they are gone without being done.

  • On-Time response

    No matter the priority, once a ticket is created, Team shows up right away. Never had issues since the moment of my stay which I guess is about 4 years now.
  • Marisa was great n easy app pay

    We are Daniel and Latanya Park -Marissa made it easy when adding me to the lease and directed us to use this app which is extremely easy and very convenient! Way better than getting a money order, dropping a check off , running back-and-forth to stores and then taking it to the rental office.

  • Great app!

    This app makes it easy to pay my rent! The app is nicely designed. Especially because I forget my login for the new payment website they go through. The only things are, maybe list the office manager email on the app somewhere? Just in case someone forgets or can’t find it on the website, and it always asks me to follow on Facebook even though I’ve selected not to show me again.

  • Convenient

    The app is pretty convenient and easy to use. The interface is straight forward.

    One nitpick I have is that every time I open the app it asks me to follow them on Facebook. I clicked “do not show me again” and it still pops up every time.

    Obviously not a deal breaker, it’s just a nitpick
  • Convenient

    It's nice to have an app option. I look forward to seeing announcements and events in it. I'll pay my rent through it. It is really slow to load each page though, so hopefully that will be improved in future updates.
