  • Good app, functional

    This app does everything it needs to. And it looks good doing it. It’s really nice to be able to pay rent in a snap without having to use actual paper checks.
    …The $33 service fee is absolutely ridiculous … but I understand that quick processing costs money these days. Still, not ideal. That’s a LOT for a one time fee. I’ll still give four stars overall. But this element definitely kills your chance at 5 stars.

  • I like it

    Very easy to navigate. Processing times are quicker than they estimate, which is honestly better, that way you can get business done quickly and efficiently, granting you the power to know where you stand financially. There’s no guessing. Contacting the property managers is easier through the app, and quicker. I like that we can all see each other’s posts, and be neighbors while living further apart.

  • Easy Access

    This app makes scheduling maintenance simple and easy. It makes paying rent easy as well, I have auto pay set up and it takes it directly from my account!
  • after first month a breeze…

    after initiating new bank account it took three days to get a verification dollar amount so I had to scramble around and get a cashiers check… Unfortunate way to start a new account with this apartment complex! This month the second month things worked great!
  • Quick, easy and complete

    I love being able to report issues in my apartment through this app. The complex office have these jobs done so quickly it’s hard for me to believe. This is an easy way to report the issues without having to call them.
  • decent app

    decent app- could be better with a little bit of updates. for example, under “lease” option, Or even “my documents” a copy of a lease should be kept for the tenant under one of them, it is somewhat misleading to mark “lease” and then when clicked, it is a leasing request for issues, I like having that option so I can go there if needed, but I think that information should be accessible too. Under “my documents” it has a copy of ID and paystubs, I think it could include potentially at least the page where it shows rent, and the page you signed lease on. Other than that, I like the app and feel like it is easy to use, and think the discussion board is a neat idea.

  • Easy to use

    Only thing holding it back from 5 stars is that I have to login each month to pay the utility portion of my rent instead of having it paid automatically like the rest of it is
  • Could be better

    The app is nice. It works okay, the fact you can’t pay in part even a day early when living with a roommate is frustrating. Not seeing the breakdown of each bill on the app is annoying, overall it could be better.
  • Great app!

    This app is very convenient when it comes to handling business. I like the fact that you can add maintenance orders and pay rent from your phone. Keeps everything organized.
  • Solid Apartment App

    Over all, it’s a hand app to have for residents. Can request maintenance, pay your rent, and post to the community board. My only complaint is every time I open the app, there is a pop that you can select to not show again. Have that selected and it pops up every time, which is kinda annoying.
