Log In Issue

I downloaded the app today. I’ve tried logging in,received several codes, changed the password several times, still can’t log in.

Doesnt work

Downloaded the app was struggling to register every time I would on the fill in the next thing it would take me to a white screen. Can’t even login in when asks me to put in security code texted nothing loads on screen just stays white.

App isn’t working

I have an existing account and i keep trying to login but each time i do, it sends me to the “register” page and says I have an existing account already. I have been trying this for days and it will not let me log in. Very frustrating

Crappy app now

App won’t let me sign in. Changed my password multiple times. Called and the rep informed they have no access to the app. You try to take more money out on the phone you are only allowed to use a 12 month term apparently. Really dumb because they never use to do that. Tried calling the 888 number and got an automated message either busy or closed. So dumb and irritating.

Changed my password three times and STILL won’t let my log in. Update the APP!

I have changed my password 4 times right now and it still will not allow me to login, it’s very frustrating.

Was great, now it won’t open

The app was great but know it will not allow me to log in. When I enter my password it says that it is an incorrect attempt and I have 4 more tries. I’ve changed my password and even tried to re-register and I still can see my account. Please fix.
