Log In Issue

I downloaded the app. I’ve tried logging in,received several codes, changed the password several times, still can’t log in. Since I’ve had it, never able to use it, even tried talking to a tech who could t get it to work. I have an account, but according to this app, I don’t.

Unable to login

I tried logging in on the website, it tells me to log in via the app. I register on the app and I keep going through a loop of signing in, registering in app and setting up the pin, and having to do it all over again. I did this over 5 times. Please fix this bug

Can’t sign in

This app won’t let me sign in. If I go to web page it still don’t have a way to sign in. FIX IT

Loan terms

Does anyone else have no access to loan agreement, terms, or payment history…. Easy way for them to steal money and keep it going. When I make payments early it doesn’t count for the upcoming payment date or subtract from the balance left… just taking money with no records

INSANE INTEREST!!!

Got the loan for $300 in January and by Feb the loan was up $200 dollars in interest! so I paid it off and will never use this company again!

App & Website Issues

I’ve been trying to login my account for months and have spoken with reps who are unsure of the issues. Now in order to make payments I have to go to the branch. Oh, as for the website, internal error message.

Extremely high interest ⚠️

Don’t apply for a loan here. The interest is so high you won’t be able to catch up paying it off or end up paying twice the amount back if you can’t afford each payment every week.

This app/ service should be illegal.
Interest rate will make you poor n

My application

I have I have been going around and around trying to figure out if I got approved or not it said I did and then it changed the amount and I gave them my information and I have not it been able to get a hold of them because now they say that they’re close or with other customers I’m finding that this seems a little sketchy and I might have to report this to my sons father, which works for the FBI to figure out what is going on with this company because it’s very unprofessional to have me on my phone for over an hour and a half trying to figure out if they’re going to send me money to my bank account or if I’m gonna get scammed I’m very upset
