Results don’t show
I received a text (5 texts, actually) that my results were ready but when I click on the link that takes me to the app, they’re not there. The results from other family members are there, but mine are not, even though I’ve gotten 5 notifications through text that they are ready to view.

I can’t say enough good things about this new advent hospital! I was treated beautiful and everyone that took care of me was extremely kind and caring ! I rate them and this hospital 💯 . Place is so clean . I will continue going there . Thank you for you excellent service .
About FREE PCR TEST on the street
All perfect, but the line to make the test because of the people was unsafe, without distance, and some people even without mask. I suggest instal some marks on the floor or pavement.
The result of the test hasn’t the exact time of tasting so it does not work for traveling purpose.

Tested Positive
You know after about a week I received a phone call from an employee. I received a ton of information, and some reassurance. Also I received information on after I was no longer infected... so very kewl.... Glad I answered the phone call.
Love the simplicity
It’s easy to receive and retrieve your covid tests! Unfortunately, I can’t view my tests from the beginning of last year, but going forward this will be helpful in keeping myself and others as safe as possible!
A review
Thank you for making the app easy to navigate. Test results are easy to see, read and understand. The “What To Do” information is very useful to help guide one. It is also good that there is a disclaimer, if one gets a negative result, that a person could be early in the infection stage or still contract the virus later.

Great app
So much information on who to call, what to do, statistics, tips on how to stay safe, and your past test results. Some people refuse to test or they just don’t care and then when they get symptoms, they brush it off and continue to go on and not knowing infect others. We need to all do our part by following guidelines to protect others. Get tested! We of course can’t live in Fear, but by Faith. We also need to remember and be considerate of others and do our part!

Very proud of you healthcare workers!
My father-in-law was taken to the hospital. He passed away. Yet, the hospital still tested him for the coronavirus. The test was available in less than two days. I feel relieved that the test came back negative. The hospital staff was very professional and respected the protocols in place for the coronavirus.

Good app... one flaw
Overall good app. Enjoy how easy it is to get results and quicker then waiting for phone call. The one issue I keep having is that I continue to get alerts stating my results are ready to view even after I’ve already checked it. Kind of annoying and had to turn off alerts.
