Love Hate Relationship
I’ll be honest, for the first few years I’ve used this. I absolutely loved it. I look forward to logging in every day and doing all the scenarios that they gave me, but the past year has been a different story. I have reached out to the customer service on a few occasions over the past few months and they won’t even give me the courtesy to reply back.
Let’s start it out to be something special turned out to be something that they stopped caring about the ones who uses their product. I hope this review finally gets the attention off someone who will respond to me.

So frustrating!!
I’ve been trying to get an instant loan from this app for a while and there are soooo many errors! I started with one account and I experienced the same issues, like when I add my bank and go onto add the address, along with my card details it comes back as my address is invalid. Which, surprise, it is not invalid. I have reached out to support for help and I never hear anything! Needless to say I made a new account thinking it could delete my old account and start fresh. No, I was wrong, because the same issues are taking place. At this point I feel they are trying to rope people in with a cash advance so then you will hopefully make them money by doing their money making tasks like surveys, downloading apps or completing tasks. I would love to be proven wrong, but at the moment I am not happy and hope somebody actually takes the time to read the negative reviews first.Show lessJFrazer7722
Can’t complete withdrawal
I requested a response from support on July 27th. I’m still waiting on them to respond to my issue, I’ve had over 30 dollars sitting in my account for over a month now and it refuses to let me withdraw any of the money. Support has not responded to my issue and they only work Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm. There’s no way that they are so backlogged they can’t respond to a request within a reasonable timeframe. This was before I took an advance from them which is also terrible. I took 25$ from them June 29th and they wanted it paid back by the 1st of July. Then every attempt to pay them back they take to long to take money from your account, and your first attempt to force them to take the money they don’t allow you to request them to take it again. So I’ve been charged two times for their cash advanced service so far and can’t pay them back nor can I withdraw the money I earned from playing games. By far the worst app I’ve used for getting cash for playing mobile games.Show lessT Kluge
Worth the download!
Of course I download a lot of apps that “help” you earn money since I’m a stay at home mom. But this one is pretty legit. The first $20 you make doesn’t go to you, but stays in the app as “savings”. However, whatever you make after that is yours! Even after you cash out, it keeps the first $20 in there, so you’re still just earning money for yourself and can cash out whenever. Better than the competition
Actually legit app to make side $ - only qualm I have so far is some of the offers that are actually doable for someone who has almost zero funds at the moment, is it can take up to two weeks to get the money awarded to your account, there are some instant rewards offered but they aren’t worth much cash. Also I m still not sure how the “atm “ thing works like do you issue a atm card or what’s up with the atm account thing I

I’ve had this app for almost 5 years and I love it, no gimmicks here, they give location rewards when your driving and you pass certain stores, gas stations. The games are great, wonderful cash back on offers we are love. So many great ways to make free money with this app. It is definitely one of my top favorite. Good App and Good Time Filler
I use other apps aside from ATM and most of these have similar feature with payout types being different. I’ve been using ATM since 2021 and I’ve cashed out 40 bucks and counting. I mostly use it for my amusement. Completing multiple days gives you a bonus payout for a short time. I typically use this app heavily on my days off from work and I check it daily. Doing the quick surveys, long surveys, playing games, and shopping through their rebate links can increase your total earnings.
ATM cashes out directly to my bank account and within a couple of days I get my payout. It comes in handy when I have those times when I need X amount of bucks for gas or an extra purchase I’ve saved for. Sometimes I’ll use it to add a few bucks to my retirement plan. Horrible
I wish I could put 0 stars cause literally the worst app I’ve ever used. I signed up interested in cash advance feature. I linked my account and it said that I was ineligible due to negative account balance. I did not have a negative balance so I tried reconnecting it…again it said negative balance but still that was wrong. I contacted support multiple times in the past two weeks with no response at all. I now tried disconnecting my bank cause I want nothing to do with the app and it doesn’t allow me to in the app and support doesn’t respond…im so over it.Show lessschloemae
Surveys aren’t working
Normally I would give you a five-star rating, but the past few weeks it has been next to impossible to get surveys. I’m used to just tapping on the icon for surveys, but lately nothing happens. Last week I was able to do a few, but since then nothing happens when I tap Surveys. If this continues, I’ll come back to lower the rating.Show lessrevexam
Great App One Problem
I have done a good amount of offers on this app and have never received the prize, im missing $30+ in prize money, I applied for rocket money, chime, and did the amaze on music recently and didn’t get anything!! The only way I can earn money is within the surveys!! I wish they could do something to fix the offer wall!! Edit: I’ve withdrawn up to $50 and tried to withdraw twice more and never got the money!!
