They will charge you $25 a month for NOTHING, When their website says there’s no charge for it, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE I NEVER GOT ONE STATEMENT.NOT A BARGAIN
If your time is valuable, DO NOT USE TALECH REGISTER. I was an early adopter because the price was right. And truthfully, in many ways it’s improved over the last 10 years. But since they started the rollout of New Talech, it’s been all down hill. The developers should be embarrassed by how poorly the new version “works”. Tier 1 customer service agents are empathetic and friendly, but can’t do a whole lot for you unless your problem is very basic in nature. (Standard for customer service, so that’s fine) I’m at a standstill with getting a new website finalized simply because I can’t download an inventory report. A simple product list. We’re all guessing it’s because my product list is too big. One would think that if that were an issue, there’d be a pop up alert on the site, an email, a phone call… SOMETHING to bring it to my attention. Both my inventory mgr and I set aside time today to work on product list clean up, but NOW the website just won’t even load the list.
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Do not believe the hype on their website. This system is NOT that good. And it doesn’t integrate well with almost any other app that you may be using for your retail business. Steer clear AT LEAST until they figure out “new” Talech and then, keep your expectations in check. No point of sale is perfect. This one has a long way to go before it will be a worthy competitor of platforms like Shopify.Take My Advice, Friend

The app was great but an update rendered everything I have useless forcing me to limp by on my phone. The phone app is horrendous to use all the while they keep charging fees and giving no support absolute joke!!Eyehatetalech

Not only did the device not work upon arrival, after paying $100! The service provided was absolutely terrible and they changed my name to something disrespectful probably on purpose, wouldn't expect anyone to want to use this.auzzinewyork
Dumb update
With their new update the app fails to register sales and employee tips. It will randomly charge customers twice and Talech support employees lack the skills to resolve any issues. Worst app designed. The new Talech dashboard is even worse.Galoag

They have nonsense fraud departments I have the service last 14 years have but stupid bank fraud department will make you nut Talech app is massy not working with US bank proper and have problem never give you report or receipt
